I have used Charlie on multiple occasions for work reasons, he has always been extremely professional, arrived on time for each visit and has always been friendly.

I recently had a new front door fitted but unfortunately there had been a problem with the mechanism resulting in me being locked in my house a couple of times and I had lost all trust in the window & door company who fitted it. I contacted Charlie asking if he would service the door and check for any issues. Charlie came next day, he was calm, friendly and knowledgeable and gave me peace of mind. Would happily recommend and would definitely use again.

Charlie arrived today to fix my front door lock..he went above and beyond to get the door locking properly again and he had it fixed in no time. Very professional, friendly service and a good price considering he had to replace the whole locking mechanism and give me three new keys.

I left my house in a rush this morning and I was tired so, subsequently I forgot to pick up my keys. As soon as the front door closed, I realised what I'd done.
I phoned Charlie and he answered immediately. He came out and was with me within 25 minutes of calling. He managed to open my door without changing the lock either.
