We had quite a number of windows which had issues from broken window locks which stopped me from open windows or locking them and to windows that did not close properly. Chris came over to give us a quote and fortunately he checked our other windows and found 4 more windows that had issues that needed to be fixed else we would have had to call him out again. He was really helpful and informative by giving us a quote which was really competitive and booking a day convenient for us. He was really quick at fixing them especially the ones that needed new hinges and providing helpful information in regards to maintaining the windows afterwards. I would recommend Chris to everyone and want to thank Chris for being so helpful and efficient.

French door locking mechanism failed so called Elite365 Locksmiths. Arrived promptly, work completed with full explanation. Fair price on labour and parts. Very happy with the finished job. Would recommend to anyone having issues with their UPVC door locks.

With a broken key embedded in the lock barrel of a French Door I called Elite. John promptly attended my call in under an hour, effortlessly addressing the issue. Beyond that, John also quickly adjusted three uPVC exterior doors that had been awkwardly catching, ensuring a smooth closure. His efficiency and professionalism were commendable. Highly recommended!

Had a uPVC side door which was locked shut, rang Elite365 Locksmiths for a non-emergency call out. Arrived within 30mins to investigate the problem, got the door open and demonstated that a new lock was required also recommended new handles as originals were clearly old, loose and worn (even I could see this!). Price offered was reasonable and well within the upper estimate that it could of been. Excellent workmanship on the replacement, took time to get the best results and talk me through it. Job completed 10/10, just shy of 2 hours from initial phone call. Would happily recommend.

Really excellent communication through both the website and over the phone. Was able to organise a flexible plan and quotes straight away as I was unsure what the situation with my car would be. Hughie turned up right on time and I was back on the road within 5-10 minutes. Super great and reliable service at a good price too. I'm definitely saving his number just in case I need help again.

Great guy, got in touch, explained my situation. He confidently said he would be able to help me when others i phoned sounded unsure. He was 40 minutes away. Turned up bang on time. Amazing service. Called Mark with a emergency job around 9am and he was at my house less than 90 minutes later after doing another job and even gave an accurate ETA. Was efficient and clear as he was doing the fix. Let us know exactly what he was doing and why which was very helpful. Also a genuinely nice guy, wore shoe protectors without even asking and was very polite and friendly. Price was extremely reasonable especially considering it was an emergency weekend call and we had parts replaced. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and he will be first person I call if I enevr need work in the future.

I recently received fantastic service from Access Lock and Safe. My toddler put a small window key in to my front door lock which I couldn’t get out. I phoned Andy at Access Lock and Safe, he said they were extremely busy dealing with several break-in’s that had happened the night before, however he had one of his guys round the corner from my house who was just finishing another job. So he arranged for him to come straight to my house and he managed to get the window key out in 2 seconds using his lock picking tools.

Just want to say thank you to Adam at Access Lock and Safe Monton - after I got locked in due to a broken interior door handle. He managed to get the door open without damaging it and fitted me a new handle at short notice. Contacted Tristan when I had a problem accessing one of our living rooms - the locking mechanism had broken. He came as an emergency to get me access to the room and then later came and replaced the lock and gave me good maintenance advice. Really professional service and I would highly recommend 👍

Excellent professional service, really genuine and knowledgable guy, I would 100% use again and recommend. My front door mechanism broke so I was unable to open the door, he arrived quickly and had the door open in 5 minutes, promptly diagnosed that the internal gearbox had failed and replaced and also replaced the barrel (which came with 5 keys), all in around 45 minutes, BRILLIANT SERVICE!!! (I had a cowboy locksmith around the night before who spent 2 hours drilling the lock and couldn’t get the door open who charged the earth and just left without sorting)
