Hey, I've been going to this dental clinic since 2016 and they've always been great. I recently had a molar issue and they started the implant process. Everyone there is super knowledgeable and they always get back to me quickly if I have any questions or concerns. Just wanted to give a shoutout to the College Dental Surgery for being awesome!

Excellent service. Nick was happy to answer all my questions, of which I had many. He explained, not only the process of fitting my implants but also the more technical details of how they worked. There was never a feeling of being rushed. Now they have settled in, I am very happy with the results.

I had 2 new front implants put in by Nick Spilker and was very happy with the excellent treatment I received. My options and treatment plan were thoroughly explained and everything transpired exactly as forecast. The process was very efficient and professional and I am very pleased with my new front teeth, which are a perfect fit. I've been with College Dental Surgeries for many years now. Normally, I'm just attending scheduled appointments and, of course, I'm seen promptly. Today, for the first time, I needed to call on them to ask for a potential tooth extraction. I called at around 8.40am, on the first working day after a bank holiday. I explained the situation and was immediately offered an appointment at 10.30am, and told that if I could arrive by 10.15am that would be even better. So, I did exactly that. After a good assessment of my tooth, it was agreed an extraction was the best option. Job done quickly, professionally and without pain and I was leaving the car park at 10.30am feeling a lot better. Nick Spilker and his team are the very best I've ever had the pleasure to encounter. Thank you for your amazingly efficient, prompt and super professional services, as ever; but particularly on this occasion when I had called saying I needed some help. Very, very highly recommended as a dentist practice.

Really find all staff here great. Have had recent fillings, crown fitting and Enlighten whitening done. All excellent. The dentists take time to make sure all is pain free. And the results from Enlighten whitening have been brilliant.

I've been coming to this practice since 2008. Harpreet is a brilliant dentist, whom I completely trust. When I first came here I had a fear of the dentist, but not anymore. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and completely professional, including the receptionists Sarah-Anne and Lauren. Any fears I had were treated with sympathy and complete understanding. I now look forward to coming back for my regular check-ups with Harpreet and Nidhi the hygienist. I can highly recommend this dental practice.

Such an amazing dental practice! My first visit here was in March when I was booked to have fillings done. I missed those appointments. I had a horrible toothache overnight and I called for an appointment to be seen. I was treated with such kindness and professionalism. The female dentists who treated me showed me such empathy! I was in so much pain and they took care of my pain. I am needle phobic and extremely afraid of needles but they were so professional with me and helped me. I was adamant about the tooth being extracted because of the pain I was feeling but I was treated and given options that could save my tooth. Thank you to the 2 female dentists that saw me! Having been terrified of dentists most of my life, I was nervous of going to a new practice. I was delighted with the care and professionalism I found at River Lawn Dental centre. From the very understanding reception I was given all the way to the attentions I received in the chair, everyone was kind and considerate about my nerves. The procedures were discussed, in a professional manner, and treatment has been good and timely, with great consideration for my nerves. I really cannot recommend them highly enough. Until a few years ago, I had to be sedated just to sit in a dentist's chair. Now I am happily booking my next appointment.

Very friendly receptionist greets you as soon as you walk in, making you feel at ease. Both the dentists that I have met were friendly, reassuring, kind and gentle. I have only had positive experiences with River Lawn and I previously had a great fear of the dentist, not now. Would highly recommend this dental practice.

Brand-new practice, looks amazing. On arrival, the reception desk was very welcoming (Katrina was very helpful and caring), fully explaining everything. Appointments were running on time. Monica, the dentist was very thorough and a breath of fresh air (pardon the pun) from my last dentist hence the reason I moved. Excellent practice all round.

I recently visited Tooth Club for a routine check-up, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Recently went to the dentist to get a tooth checked out (that i knew was probably infected) and was hoping it wasnt. Unfortunately turns out it was and it did need to be taken out. I was so nervous because of a tooth i had had removed as a child, and was finding every reason in my head to try and cancel the appointment. In the end i realised i needed to get it done, so just bit the bullet and went in, but made sure to let the dentist know how nervous i was. When i say she put me at such ease and treated me with so much compassion, i cannot stress enough just how much she calmed me down. With how gentle she was i barely felt a thing! she explained the whole process of what she was going to do, but with the perfect amount of ''white lies'' (when she had injected exactly, the type you would tell a child - which i had asked her to do) that by time i was getting ready for the most fearful part of it, she was done! Honestly she made the whole experience sooooo much better, i coudn't be more grateful. 5 stars :)

I had to have a 3d image xray here, it was such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. A lovely receptionist greeted me when I arrived, and my xray went well. I couldn't of asked for a more incredible experience with my appointment. I would highly recommend this beautiful clinic to both my friends and family. Bower Dental Practice - Staplehurst. Following on from my review some time back - a review about a very nervous patient from previous experience elsewhere requiring emergency treatment including two teeth out; at that time I had a big problem with gag reflex. Today (Thursday 21st November) I had to have another tooth out as well as some more minor treatment. I was so surprised when told I could go - I hadnāt even realised the tooth had been pulled nor a single gag reflex - huge testament to the outstanding care by dentist Anna and her nurse. I simply cannot give the practice a high enough recommendation. Thank you. Chris wheal Dear All at Bower Iām relatively new to your practice - about six months I think now, but I want to say how grateful I am to all, reception, initial emergency treatment, on going treatment and hygienist - just been outstanding throughout and I feel very lucky to having been initially recommended to you - you have all far exceeded any expectation. I suffered with a cracked tooth with associated abscess beneath, causing swelling and pain. All the staff have been extremely helpful. Top marks and huge thanks for a wonderful service. I had a hole in my tooth which felt as though it could be used as a garage for a small car! With great skill, Dr Arsalan Saeed Khan carried out the repair pain free and with excellent care. Huge thanks.

After years of being totally anxious about the dentist and avoiding going, I broke a tooth and booked an appointment at this surgery. Honestly, the best thing I've done - Dr Folake made me feel comfortable and has pretty much cured my fear. What a wonderful lady. I have just had my cap fitted and couldn't be happier. The reception staff are fabulous and I was at ease the minute I walked in. Thank you for everything. If you are nervous and need to see a dentist - book in here, you won't regret it.

I had my first appointment, as a new patient with Dr Wakas on Monday 15th November 2023 and my expectations were exceeded. I suffer with anxiety and he put me at ease - I had a tooth extracted at the back of my top row of teeth and it is noteworthy, that I had no pain, during or post tooth extraction. I also had an examination of my entire mouth, where it was identified that I needed a few fillings, and a bridge. The procedure I dread most regarding dentistry is the pain relief injection and this was administered slowly and was comfortable I highly recommend Dr Wakas and this dental practice. The receptionist and dental nurse were also extremely nice and pleasant and this also contributed to a very positive overall experience.

I have had a terrible fear of dentists and dentistry since childhood, and have avoided them most of my adult life (embarrassing but true). But a year and a half ago a tooth broke and I was in phenomenal pain. Being new to the are I rang around as many dentists as I could find, but none could/would see me urgently, or charged an absolute fortune. I finally called Orchard and they saw me the same day and at a very reasonable price. Dr Aliki took time to listen to my fears (although by then I just wanted to be saved from the pain), and over the course of a week's treatment, resolved the issue and literally saved me, even bringing forward the extraction date first thing on a Monday morning after I spent a weekend in agony begging anyone to just pull the damn tooth out!). Since then she and her team have seen me on a regular basis, slowly fixing the problems cause by my fear-based neglect...always taking time, being kind and generous with the time and knowledge. The costs have been more than reasonable for private practice, and the experience as a whole has brought me to a place where I am no longer anxious or fearful (a miracle!) The whole team at Orchard are some of the nicest and caring people you could hope to meet (take them to the pub for a chat, I bet they have some stories!). I would especially like to thank the lovely Emma who brings a warmth and compassion to her reception role, ensuring the patient is cared for and dealt with professionally but always with humanity and cheerfulness - check out her amazing hairstyle! And her mentor, the sublime Soheila who clearly knows everything there is to know and uses that wisdom to ensure the practice runs smoothly and is always focused on the patients...especially those of us who are scared and anxious. What a dream team...they have all improved my life (and my teeth!) Note - I have been asked NOT to mention the evil dentist who resides in the attic and whose maniacal laugh can be heard echoing around the building on dark, stormy nights (this is, of course, a joke!) THANK YOU!

I had my first appointment with Waqas back in October to discuss treatment required and issues with my bridge causing me to dislike my smile. After expressing this to Waqas he was super helpful and efficient with all the treatme t required. I booked an appointment on line to see Dipti the hygienist and paid the fee. I recently joined Denplan which includes 2 hygienist appointments. Angela very kindly called me and told me she would arrange a refund at my appointment. All the staff are very helpful, but particularly Angela on this occasion, and Dipti did an excellent job on my pearly whites. Thank you allšš¤¶š

After having had 2 previous appointments cancelled, today my husband & I were seen by a very proficient, clear speaking dentist,(necessary as my husband is very deaf). She was very thorough, & took time to explain clearly all she was doing at each stage. She & her dental nurse worked well together as a team. The receptionist was polite.
