I can’t rate the practice highly enough. Dr Nathan is so kind and gentle with both of my children. My son had a tooth extraction today and Dr Nathan carefully explained what would happen and put his mind at rest. The level of care is absolutely excellent.

BEST dentist ever. I used to be so scared of going for any type of treatment. If you can book in with these guys, the possibilities are endless, nothing they can’t do. Staff are friendly and super professional. Phil is so talented and supportive to match! Thank you all for making each experience a great one.

I am VERY nervous and stressed when visiting the dentist almost certainly because of very bad experiences when I was younger. A friend put me in touch with this practice quite a few years ago now when I needed some urgent treatment and since then I have been treated by three different dentists there, all of whom have been so kind and understanding of my worries and concerns. I have been to see Alanna a few times recently for a particular problem and she has made the whole process a lot easier for me to deal with. I don't think I'll ever feel completely comfortable visiting the dentist but she does her absolute best to make me feel a little more at ease. She is caring and compassionate and for that I am very grateful.

My appointments with Phil are always good. He is very thorough and patiently explains his thoughts. So far thanks to his, and his hygienist’s, suggestions aimed at keeping my teeth healthy I have had few procedures. Those I have had have been sensitively managed and implemented. I would unreservedly recommend him.

As a fellow healthcare professional, I cannot say enough good things about my experience at The Blockley Partnership with Dr Jay Robinson. I’ve not had the best experience with my last couple of dentists for various reasons, and Jay was recommended to me by a good friend and Orthodontist. We discovered I needed a filling on a tooth I wasn’t aware of having a problem with. The procedure itself was the most gentle experience I’ve had when having dental work that needed anaesthetic injections. And unlike the only other filling I’ve needed, I had no sensitivity or discomfort afterwards. Jay has then done some composite bonding for me to refine a couple of teeth and again the experience has been flawless. I’ve felt utterly comfortable, relaxed and it’s easy to trust Jay implicitly - thank you!

Excellent dental practice with very friendly, efficient, experienced and honest staff. I regularly see Dr Basset (dentist) and Ander (hygienist) both of whom are brilliant, communicative and expert. The practice is very conveniently positioned in the centre of the town with lots of parking options near the shopping centre over the road. Over the past few years I have recommended Bower dental practice to my family and friends - all of whom have since happily stayed with the practice.

Absolutely delighted to have discovered Dr Ross Barden is still operating locally, not having seen him for a few years. Superbly professional as a dentist, knowledgeable and very mindful to minimise any potential pain (eg. swabbing gum with a local anaesthetic prior to injection), and operates without fuss or delay. Very satisfied with quality of work thus far (given that my current procedure requires further visits). An added bonus is the high quality of comedic banter between him and his dental assistant Amanda, which was a welcome distraction for me in what some patients would regard as a stressful process. So much so that I'm looking forward to my next visit. They are a great team.

This is an excellent surgery. Very patient and very professional. Those treating you are very expert and careful and overall I never worry about visiting the dentist now because of the levels of care they provide.

Dentistry is expensive. Therefore I want my dentistry service to be professional and caring. I have found Caring Dentistry to be just that. I have no desire to use any other practice even though CD is 10 miles distant. Trust them!

Dr Patel has always been very professional and has explained in detail all required procedures. I had a root canal procedure on an existing root canal treated tooth which also had a crown. In the end all was done to my satisfaction. I know very few people who enjoy the dentist but my experience was great. I do also enjoy the option of comminicating and making appointments on WhatsApp.

Dr Patel was really professional and thorough in her examination. I had to have a troublesome filling removed and redone. It was close to the nerve but the procedure was painless so I was extremely happy. I will absolutely continue my dental treatments at this practice.

I have only been with the practice for about 18 months, but am so far very pleased with the service received from my dentist Valerie, hygienist Sharon, and the receptionists, all of whom are efficient, patient and friendly.

I recently had extensive work on a dead tooth and 2 chipped teeth. From start to finish, Dental Box were great and put mind at ease at every step of the way. I was suprised how pain free all the treatment could be and I'm now left with great looking teeth and smile. Throughly recommend them to anyone.

I can’t fault Dental box or thank them enough for all the help they gave me for my autistic son. The care he received was outstanding and also the support for myself also. Ronnie was seen on Monday and treated with sedation and teeth out on the Wednesday. He was a very nervous child and the staff, dentists dr and the therapist nurse were all amazing and made the appointment very relaxed for my son. I wouldn’t hesitate to have him treated here again especially because of the care around his additional needs were met they went above and beyond and I now have a happy 9 year old again. Absolutely amazing service from the moment I walked into dental box for my anti wrinkle injections. The staff were amazing from the warm welcome as I walked in from the lovely lady on reception , to the extremely professional service that I was provide with by Emma . My results are already showing after two days and I am feeling so confident . I cannot fault the service thank you all so much .

I came to get my teeth whitened, I was recommended to then go to their hygienist, and omg I feel incredible, not only the feeling but the whole experience was amazing! Great. Relaxed not too clinical atmosphere plus professional treatment. Impressive technical equipment. Convenient location in central Tunbridge Wells-I can walk there. Had 2 molars extracted without stress last week- took the teeth home in wee envelopes with messages for the tooth fairy- I’m old but it was a lovely touch!

Incredible, compassionate and professional service! From the entire team including Dr Monibi who helped make my son feel so supported and understood. He made him laugh and comfortable. Also provided us knowledge of how to medically help the situation with his teeth. He offered us an emergency appointment due to my son struggling even when we were under another dentist initially. Now we have moved our whole family to this practice as we know we have found the best place and most supportive, knowledgeable service. Thank you to them all!

Wow , what a great experience we’ve had . From the start the receptionist was amazing so kind and sweet . The approach was very gentle and understanding and making us feel extremely comfortable . The visit was so helpful and made amends with looking after my daughter who has sensory problems and never stays still. So accommodating and relaxing environment. They had toys , music , a TV reflector on the ceiling so settle her and feel comfortable. I’ve been to many dentists myself and never been to a place like this . Would give 10 gold stars if possible and would recommend you always and forever! What an amazing practice .

Brilliant dentist! I was terrified of dentist before attending and now I will happily attend. Had laser treatment which saved me a ton of pain and has worked wonders!!! Dr Pedja Pavlovic is great and has a brilliant sense of humour that put me right at ease and the nurse that supports him is just lovely! The hygienist are also brilliant and really take their time and explain everything! Even after my treatment plan I will be continuing for my dentist and hygienist appointments at the practice traveling from Hastings because I trust them and they have saved my teeth and gums!

I was referred to Pedja by my dentist as I had developed a problem with my gum directly above my top teeth. I was extremely apprehensive when I attended my first visit as my own dentist was perplexed by my condition. Pedja and his team immediately put me at ease and we agreed that he would undertake a surgical procedure on my gum. This was scheduled to take place on a Saturday morning, thus minimising my work commitments. Pedja performed the operation with the utmost skill and attention and I was given comprehensive post surgery guidance and a contact number to call if necessary over the weekend. My post operative follow up appointments all took place with Pedja's utmost professional care and attention. I cannot thank him and all the staff enough for the outstanding treatment that I received from start to finish. What I also appreciated was the fact that Pedja has a fantastic sense of humour and a wonderful dental chair manner! I would not hesitate to recommend him.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Umar Mahmood for last last 2 years and we couldn’t be happier. I recently had bonding after years of complexities with my teeth and I am over the moon with the results. First-class dental practice! The whole team are well-informed about patients and my entire experience over 2 years has been very positive. I've had root canal treatment with Ian, an implant with Peter and regular visits to the hygienist followed by check-ups with Peter and i've been very pleased with the advice and care on every occasion.
