Not the usual thing that I'd review, but it's worth doing for Pennypot. I use both the hygienist & a dentist, and they are both excellent. The service is really good as well. Reminders are sent, appointments always available (sometimes need to wait a little) and staff are always pleasant. It's such a relief to have a great dentists to go to in the current climate.

Pennypot Dental Hawkinge provides an excellent, professional service for clients with a wide range of dental needs. The premises are spotlessly clean and tidy and all staff are polite, approachable and empathetic to customer needs. Staff adherence to personal hygiene and professional standards is excellent. Fancy not being able to eat over Christmas - I can think of nothing worse. However, that was the position I was in with a fractured upper rear molar. It happened on Christmas Eve and so I sent an email requesting help not expecting to hear back for a couple of days. I was amazed to get a phone call the next day in the morning and giving me an emergency appointment on the day after Boxing Day - 9:30am. I was treated with such kindness and consideration; I cannot praise the attention that was paid to me enough!!! Thank you so much for making my Christmas! A wonderful Dental Practice that looks after all my family.

I had seen Basanta from 9 years,I had to see him this time for an emergency appointment as I had severe toothache. I was able to see him within 90 minutes of speaking to the lovely receptionist (sorry I didn’t catch her name). A relatively pain free appointment and fully informed of what was going on and what to do next. Happy smiley face!!!!!

Excellent, professional, great customer service. I am having full mouth all on 4 dental implants. After losing a top front tooth and an upcoming wedding to attend to, they have bent over backwards to complete my uppers in good time for the wedding to which I am truly grateful. Surgery was swift and painless, fortunately I have no bruising and very minimal swelling which has now gone completely (day 3).

Banning dental surgery is amazing. I haven't had my treatment yet but I am going through my consultations. They have made me feel so welcome and at ease as I do get very anxious. Everybody is so nice right down to the receptionist. I actually look forward to going.

The Receptionists were welcoming and friendly. They explained everything clearly. The Practice was smart, clean and comfortable. There were plenty of seats available in the spacious waiting rooms. The dentist, Dr Hugo Marques was chatty, friendly and very thorough and I felt that he was extremely knowledgeable. The dental nurse was friendly and polite. The procedures were explained well and I felt very pleased and confident about my treatment. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Being nervous and anxious whenever I enter this place I did a bit of checking out on the website before hand. I am not the best of patients but found that Dany would make me feel at ease and comfortable. I left with a treatment plan and a lot calmer as to when I arrived, staff pleasant and understanding of my phobia but still a wonderful practice. Thank you Dany for your patience and calming me whilst in your care.

All staff have been amazing. I struggle with anxiety and other things but everyone has been so welcoming/ supportive. I've been seeing Andrew and hes just an absolute god send. Never met someone so passionate about their job and compassionate for others! Very grateful to have been recommended this clinic and would recommend it to anyone myself 🙏

Jason was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient, not to mention quick to respond and attend because of a pressing deadline. Completely satisfied with his professional service and he's a real nice guy too, he cares about the customer and knows his stuff. Glad to have used his services and support a local business. I am on a monthly support plan and the team are amazing, my teeth are so much healthier and it's great having regular faces. My daughter aged five goes there now and they spend so much time with her which is really building her confidence to go to the dentist in general. Highly recommended

I had an extraction done here with a back tooth which was pretty tricky to remove but my dentist talked me all through the procedure & I had no pain at all. It took some time and dentist was very patient & kind all the way through. Was successful in the end & has healed nicely. Just like to add his assistant was very friendly & kind too. Good experience with this dentist seeing as I don’t really like visiting dentists

I have always had a fear of dentists but after having my teeth done twice at Westgate Dental Studios I could not be happier. All the staff and receptionists are very friendly, helpful and explained everything very clearly. Aatif was the dentist who did a very difficult filling on my first visit and second visit was to rebuild 3 broken front teeth. He and Racheal his nurse were excellent and were very professional in their treatment of me . I would highly recommend the practice to anyone requiring dental work. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Absolutely amazing!!! I have always had fluorosis of my front teeth, I had an appointment with Dee for the Icon white spot treatment and I honestly cannot believe how white my front teeth now are and no signs of fluorosis at all!!! I also have Gita as my regular dentist, she has been beyond incredible and patient with my children who are both dental phobic. She spends time talking with them and explaining what she is going to do in order to make them feel comfortable. Would highly recommended this treatment and also Birchington Dental Care. Friendly, compassionate and reassuring staff who go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable! Thank you all so much!

I saw Devina a couple of weeks ago with an infected wisdom tooth, she gave me antibiotics and I was booked in to have the tooth removed today. To say I was terrified is an understatement and Patricia immediately put me at ease. I cannot fault this lovely dental practice. They are all so kind and reassuring. Would definitely recommend.

I have no words to describe the exceptional service I receive from the team, and especially from Dr. Ioannis, the dentist. He took on a patient with numerous dental issues and, with patience and perseverance, is working diligently to improve the situation. So far, I am completely satisfied with their services and care. Another noteworthy aspect is that both Dr. Ioannis and the staff are incredibly polite, kind, and always willing to help.

Lucy, the hygienist, efficiently assisted by Alison, did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth. What I especially noticed was that there was absolutely no physical pain in the process- a really precision job! I was also given specific advice regarding care for my wisdom teeth. For those that find visiting a dentist practice daunting, there is the bonus of being in a beautiful and ancient building with the best views of the Cathedral! I recommend this Practice.

The Maryland Bridge that Ioannis at Burgate Dental fitted for my daughter has been superb. Along with the initial fitting we have been given a number of free check ups to make sure the Maryland is performing as it should and that there are no issues. Had my first hygienist appointment with lia today, she was amazing from start to finish. I was super nervous as I’ve not had this done before and my teeth can be a little sensitive, but she reassured me the whole time and made the experience great! Thank you so much Burgate dental.
