I was put at ease from the very first moment of the first in series of appointments to have a dental implant. Mark explained every stage of the treatment plan clearly and he and his team provide a very professional and caring service. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I transferred to Carbasse from another local practice and have found the experience excellent in every respect. I registered with Tomas and, over the past year have had a number of significant procedures including a very difficult root extraction, several fillings and a dental implant. Tomas’ manner, skill, attention to detail and communication has been exemplary on every occasion and certainly my best ever experience of dentistry. The dental nurses, especially Ashley, have also been superb and the front desk reception staff are kind, knowledgeable and highly efficient. A really outstanding practice in all respects which I would recommend without hesitation.

Great communication, kindness and humour throughout my initial consultation and procedure to install posts for implants. Mark explained everything clearly and seemed very knowledgeable and confident. The team assisting him were great ( Sophie and Tim? Sorry bad memory!! ) The procedure was quite long, over an hour but it never felt too long, lots of breaks. No pain at all. Good instructions for post operative care at home.

Really impressed by the team at Carbasse Implant & Dental Centre. Following a laughable experience at a so called leading clinic in Chestfield. I assure you that Carbasse are the real deal. I had an initial consultation with Marc Carbasse during which time he was was able to extract a tooth that had been broken down to gum level in two minutes flat. No drama, no pain and no discomfort whatsoever. I was given a treatment plan that works for me, competitively priced. Two days after the initial consultation and extraction I had an appointment with their Dental Hygienist who was equally impressive. She did a great job. I’m due back to see Marc in around twelve weeks time for CT scans to ensure they have room to carry out the implants without endangering any nerves in my jaw. Fingers crossed they can go ahead with the implants. One lower jaw and one upper on opposite sides of my mouth. Thank you Marc and your team. Friendly reception team and pleasant atmosphere. The Maryland Bridge that Ioannis at Burgate Dental fitted for my daughter has been superb. Along with the initial fitting we have been given a number of free check ups to make sure the Maryland is performing as it should and that there are no issues. We are over the moon with the treatment. As it was a front tooth we feel blessed to have found Burgate Dental Practice. Thank you

Lucy, the hygienist, efficiently assisted by Alison, did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth. What I especially noticed was that there was absolutely no physical pain in the process- a really precision job! I was also given specific advice regarding care for my wisdom teeth. For those that find visiting a dentist practice daunting, there is the bonus of being in a beautiful and ancient building with the best views of the Cathedral! I recommend this Practice.

I have no words to describe the exceptional service I receive from the team, and especially from Dr. Ioannis, the dentist. He took on a patient with numerous dental issues and, with patience and perseverance, is working diligently to improve the situation. So far, I am completely satisfied with their services and care. Another noteworthy aspect is that both Dr. Ioannis and the staff are incredibly polite, kind, and always willing to help.

Overwhelmed by the whole experience at this delightful Dental practice. On entering this light welcoming premises the polite knowledgeable caring team listen, understand and give you honest, professionalism which I haven't experienced before. I am 50 and have had to have a lot of dental work done before but the Dentist here (Ben) is extremely competent, kind and generous with his time and care.after several necessary extractions and subsequent well fitting upper and lower dentures I actually look forward to my next visit. I cannot praise this practice and staff enough! I'm the most anxious, fearful person when it comes to dental work and as I've had awful experiences in the past i wanted to find an exceptional place that could help me overcome my fears and help me with my teeth. Initally I spoke to Claire(dental nurse) who was so lovely and listened to all my woes and got me booked up with Ben. Meeting Ben I was put at ease straight away, hes honest and caring and makes you feel validated! We decided on a treatment plan and had a root canal booked up which I was worried about but i can honestly say it was a pleasant experience because of the teams patience and care for me. From Bellas sweet manner to Cindy the hygenist who is amazing, to Claire whos kept my head level with her caring nature and to Ben the amazing dentist I'm just blown away..thank you guys!!

Jason completed our PAT testing again this year efficiently and with very little fuss. He worked around us which was very helpful as it was a busy day. Great Service from Jason Cairns of PAT Testing. Initial reminder sent and booked in promptly. Works around everyone and does not interrupt the day at all. Tested all the equipment and raised issues on 2 electrical leads requiring renewing. Highly recommend Jason and Great value

10/10 – 100% Highly Recommend! Tom is honestly the best dentist I've been to. From the very beginning, he was patient, kind and professional, and thanks to him, I'm not embarrassed by my teeth anymore. I’ve always been anxious about going to the dentist, but Tom changed that. I had a broken crown and some noticeable marks on my front teeth that made me feel self-conscious. (My old dentist told me I’d need a false tooth, not ideal at 35!) Tom looked and said he could put on a new crown and clean up my teeth. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything. In a world where many doctors and dentists seem eager to get you in and out, Tom was the complete opposite, he took his time and I didn't feel rushed. Now, not only am I more confident with my teeth, I'm also far less anxious about future appointments. Thank you, Tom, for your exceptional care and to the awesome nurses and reception staff. I highly recommend Tom to anyone in need of a kind and skilled dentist.

Finally found an NHS dentist 😬. Went for routine check initially, was really friendly and helpful, was told I may need a crown, I knew I had blue blood in me! Had quick descale, teeth feel great. Thank you AF dental, I'll be back 👍

Haven't been to dentists in over 35years..went for a check up in October this year and I was shaking I was so scared had to be sick because it's just that I get myself in a state over the dentist. There was nothing to it. He made me feel comfortable and calmed me down a bit. Anyway I got to go back on 13th December I need 2 fillings a tooth taken out and a scalp & clean does anyone know if I will or can have. All work doing at the same time or will it be 1 treatment all on different appointments?? Great reception to so helpful and friendly and sorted my problem there and then..so thank you staff keep up the good work 💯👍👊

Great clinic! Really glad I found this clinic after moving to the area a little while ago. The dentist was excellent - extremely gentle, knowledgeable and gave excellent advice and options for some cosmetic treatments which I have been looking for. The hygienist and assistant were also excellent - gentle, efficient and quick. They both made me feel comfortable and I felt well looked after. I will continue to go here for my dental needs.

Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. Been a patient here roughly a year now. Had 4 appointments with the dentist and 1 with the hygienist. All round great service. Appointments are well communicated. We were so impressed with your dementia friendly service from start to finish. We were found a quiet spot away from the busy waiting room. My mother was treated with huge respect and kindness and despite being totally blind and having anxiety and Alzheimer’s Disease, she enjoyed the whole experience which caused her no distress at all. The dentist and his whole team put my mother as the patient first and spoke clearly and calmly throughout the process to reassure her
