I am very grateful for the speedy, amazing treatment I have received at Pennypot Deal. I have now had to have several emergency appointments over the years and I am always amazed at how they have managed to get me sorted and pain free very quickly. The staff are always very kind and polite and I feel so very lucky to be a patient at this remarkable practice.

We are SO lucky to have Pennypot Dental in Deal! All the staff are very warm and welcoming and soon put you at ease. My dentist Pradhan Bopanna is brilliant and will always try and fit you in, in an emergency for which I am very grateful.

I cannot recommend Pennypot dental enough. The best dental surgery I’ve been to. They have been fantastic. Quick services, very kind and reassuring. Fantastic staff and the dentist Syed Ahmed has been so helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have suffered with major anxiety and fear of dentists since I was very young. However, I had a bad tooth that I had to get looked at and I was recommended Pennypot Deal. I can honestly say this is such a lovely surgery, all the staff I encountered are kind, caring and helpful. I had to have a tooth removed which I've never had done awake (only under sedation) and they talked everything through with me, held my hand and made it as easy as possible for me to cope with it. The two dentists who did my procedure are superb and I really felt looked after. Highly recommended.

Just had my first appointment at The Dental Surgery. It was an emergency appointment, I’ve been in so much pain with a gum infection so I was quite anxious as to what would be done but I shouldn’t have worried. James and his team are amazing! At reception, Penny is really helpful and welcoming and then, in the surgery, James explains everything he is about to do and is really caring and gentle. Excellent service! Highly recommend!

I was lucky enough to find Broadstairs dental surgery via a recommendation, and it is by far the best dentist I've experienced. James and the team are extremely welcoming and reassuring. It was clear right from the offset that I was in good hands. James is wonderfully informative and the treatment is very thorough. Huge thank you guys!

The Dental Surgery is absolutely excellent, I’ve had great experiences. From the moment I stepped through the door I felt at home as everyone is extremely friendly, polite and well organised. The receptionist was very helpful with finding a booking and I received reminder notifications prior to my booking. James and the assistants at the Dental Practice were extremely kind and made me feel at ease before carefully and softly working on my teeth, checking in regularly how I’m doing. I’ve never been numbed so painlessly and carefully. They also explained technical aspects to me very nicely and assisted me in setting up an effective dental routine. They are affordable and offer various payment options. I would highly recommend the surgery.

My experience with james on having treatment is outstanding. He makes you feel very reassured and explains everything with every step of the way. I am a very nervous person anyway, which made every step taken with compassion and patience. He has made me a very happy lady with my new teeth. All the girls are so lovely and professional and take time for you at all times. The minute you enter the surgery, there is an ora of relaxing energy that you feel, which makes you so calm. Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Oday and his team! From the moment I walked into the clinic, the warm and friendly reception staff made me feel welcomed and completely at ease. They’re not only professional but also genuinely kind, which made a big difference. Dr. Oday was incredible—he took the time to explain every step of my treatment in such detail, making sure I understood all my options and what to expect. I felt he really cared about my comfort and well-being, not just the procedure itself. His attention to detail and thoroughness are truly impressive. This sounds oxymoronic but what a fantastic surgery!! I called Sunday morning due to a broken tooth and raging toothache. They fitted me in and extracted the tooth in the same appointment. The dentist (Dr Khan) was sensational and the dentist (Dr Awais Ali) who took care of my follow up was equally fantastic. Dr Ali was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and competent which helped put me at ease and reassured me the pain would subside! A huge shout out to the lovely receptionist who gave my baby boy a goody bag too! Thank you for a great service

I had some damage to the bottom of my top front teeth that two previous dentists have been unable to fill (the fillings fell out within hours). I have had a very different experience with this dentist, and people have been commenting how they can't tell there are fillings. My bite was carefully considered and worked around so they feel very much part of my mouth instantly. And the best thing...the fillings are still there...Thank you!

I first came to Wye Dental Practice earlier this year as a nervous patient. From my very first visit, everyone made me feel so welcome and at ease. From the periodontal treatments with Nidhi to the cosmetic work carried out by James, I honestly can’t put into words my gratitude to the team for not only getting me over my fear of the dentist but for also giving me a beautiful & healthy smile that I can be proud of. Not the usual thing that I'd review, but it's worth doing for Pennypot. I use both the hygienist & a dentist, and they are both excellent. The service is really good as well. Reminders are sent, appointments always available (sometimes need to wait a little) and staff are always pleasant. It's such a relief to have a great dentists to go to in the current climate.

Very disappointing. Booked my initial appointment 4 weeks in advance. Welldene sent me a reminder 2 days before that date, but then contacted me the day before my visit to tell me the dentist had another appointment on that day and I would need to rebook. Offered one date initially which I was unable to attend, and when I tried to rebook the very next day was offered an appointment 6 weeks later as 'we are very busy'! Although I was informed they had dentists available if I wanted an 'emergency' appointment. Contacted Patient Feedback team, via email, to discuss and, currently, after two weeks have yet receive even an acknowledgment. UPDATE: Subsequently received an understanding letter from the practice manager, and after contacting him a short notice appointment was arranged with a nice dentist. Review amended accordingly.

I had not been to a dentist for 4 years and feel lucky that Carbasse was recommended to me. I had my initial appointment with Laura in April where a treatment plan was discussed in detail regarding options available to me. After a number of visits the treatment is now finished and I have the most amazing new smile. I wish I had seen her years ago. I must not forget to mention the other staff from reception to hygienists who are also all amazing. They really are a happy, friendly professional team.

Great communication, kindness and humour throughout my initial consultation and procedure to install posts for implants. Mark explained everything clearly and seemed very knowledgeable and confident. The team assisting him were great ( Sophie and Tim? Sorry bad memory!! ) The procedure was quite long, over an hour but it never felt too long, lots of breaks. No pain at all. Good instructions for post operative care at home.

I transferred to Carbasse from another local practice and have found the experience excellent in every respect. I registered with Tomas and, over the past year have had a number of significant procedures including a very difficult root extraction, several fillings and a dental implant. Tomas’ manner, skill, attention to detail and communication has been exemplary on every occasion and certainly my best ever experience of dentistry. The dental nurses, especially Ashley, have also been superb and the front desk reception staff are kind, knowledgeable and highly efficient. A really outstanding practice in all respects which I would recommend without hesitation.

Great clinic! Really glad I found this clinic after moving to the area a little while ago. The dentist was excellent - extremely gentle, knowledgeable and gave excellent advice and options for some cosmetic treatments which I have been looking for. The hygienist and assistant were also excellent - gentle, efficient and quick. They both made me feel comfortable and I felt well looked after. I will continue to go here for my dental needs.
