I've taken 3 vehicles here for an MOT including a motorbike. The staff are all really friendly and welcoming it's very easy to get an appointment over the phone. The work area is clean and tidy which to me indicates a professional well run operation. Highly recommend this garage if you need an MOT. I'll be seeing you again next year.

As a female it can be intimidating bringing your car to a mechanics hearing costly horror stories from people as well as going into a male dominated area but Surrey garage couldn’t be further from this stereotype and am pleased to say myself, sister, brother, father & mother have all had great experiences with them. We love Surrey Garage. We've used them for approximately 5 years or so - probably longer. We've found them to be very honest and completely up front with their costings. They even tell you when the car has a bigger issue that may be on the horizon before fixing a minor fault. Last time we put a car in they recommended leaving some work that wasn't an absolute immediate fix - we decided to get it done but we wish we'd actually listened to that advice, as a week later our son wrote his car off! We would highly recommend them and as a family of 5 we have a few cars that regularly are checked over and MOT'd by them and we can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks Surrey Garage if only all mechanics were like you guys!

Gareth and his team are fantastic. They have completed work on my car and my partners van. Servicing, general maintenance, MOTS you name it. Always friendly, always good and fair prices and go above and beyond to fit you in to suit work/life. Knowledgeable and honest too and I don't think you can get better than that if you are having your car or van looked at. I would certainly recommend them without a doubt and I do regularly.

Bought a car recently from this garage, unlike other places i had been looking the 2 men who owned and ran the company were non-persuasive and genuine. I needed something doing before I took it away and all was dealt with as promised, they were so obliging and the car came with warranty so when aircon didn’t work they booked it in straight away and no charge. Aftercare service is as good as at time of sale. Totally recommend!

I have just carried out my MOT at Motormech for my Vauxhall Astra and previously also had Motormech resolve some issues I had too. Maybe they could proactively update me a bit more on how my car is doing when in, but other than that, overall my experience so far has been excellent, particularly Tom and their Lead Technician (John?) who take the time to explain things properly. I had the best experience with Motormech after a well known company beginning with “H” failed my MOT with explanation of repairs at a very high price and couldn’t fix a blocked windscreen jet. They suggest I went to Motormech to get blockage fixed. Whilst there I showed them the failed MOT. They fixed the blockage in seconds and checked the car. There was no reason for the repairs works. I booked in my second MOT. It passed!!! They did recommend works that needed doing soon. A lovely company especially Mel and I won’t go anywhere else now. Customer service care 💯 and saw how she interacted with each customer. Don’t ever go to “H” garage. Go to Motormech !

The staff at MOTORMECH are always extremely polite and helpful over the phone and in person. I Forgot the name of the 2 ladies in reception very friendly and the MANAGER She is so amazing, friendly, helpful, and she always give us a discount, and during urgent She breakdown situation. Willingness accommodate us to help straight away and fix the problem.Also she give us a nice advice Got us back on the road in a week but we understand it’s Holiday season they established the cause of the problems, updated use how much the quote and then carried out the work really Great service also They kept Us well informed throughout. I honestly can't rate these guys highly enough. My car had already been to 3 garages with an issue and none of them had resolved it. I tried contacting a few others, all were totally disinterested. My sister came across QCS for me and they've been amazing. They're friendly and helpful, were so accommodating with timings, and explained everything they found/did in easy to understand language. I'd been going to my previous garage for over 6 years, but I'll be taking my car here for all servicing, MOTs and winter checks from now on. Thank you so much QCS.

I could not remove my charger from the cigarette lighter in my vehicle so called in to QCS on the way home to ask for their advice. They very kindly removed the charger instantly so I could get on with my day and stop worrying about it. Would highly recommend them...

As the names suggests ‘Quality Car Service’ and they live up to that name. A great team of professionals delivering a quality service at a reasonable price. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Mines not exactly a small vehicle but whether a commercial van or personal car the high quality level of service is the same.

Had service and MOT done here before without a problem. This time I had a broken rear light and indicators. I was able to bring the car in straight away for it to be looked at. Replacement was ordered straight away and fitted a couple of days later. Excellent (and friendly) service and a fair price.
