Took my Land Rover Discovery Sport to Holmbury straight from a service which had gone very wrong at a main Land Rover service centre in Guildford. Lee patiently established that they had misdiagnosed a fault which would have led to an expensive and unecessary repair. My visit to Holmbury saved me c.£1,100. I was lent a courtesy car and kept informed. Great service and truly professional. Thanks.

Okay... a bit of a cheat because these folks didn't actually do anything to my car. I had pulled over with steam coming out of my bonnet, the radiator to be precise, and this place was at the other side of the road. Called them up and they said they could take a look at it. I was looking at prices of new Astra radiators and he said it was just because I'd been fjording water and there was nothing wrong with the car. So yea very relieved at that. Nice guy and honest.

My car needed a service and mot, so I shopped around and visited a few different garages in the area. When I went to Westcott garage and met Michael, I instantly knew I would be taking it here. Michael is a lovely guy, and I got the feeling straight away that he was a genuine chap. My intuition was correct. He did the service and mot on my car, keeping me up to date all along with what was going on and what needed doing, trying to keep the cost down for me as well, with it being Christmas and all. The cost was very very reasonable and the overall experience was a pleasure. Thank you Michael for your A* service. Highly recommended and will be my go-to garage for as long as I live in the area.

Superb service - took my car in for a suspected wheel bearing change but it wasn't yet gone enough to accurately diagnose, so rather than take a guess which wheel at my expense they sent me on my way to bring back in once it had got a bit louder. Took it back in a couple of weeks later and they replaced the right wheel bearing which fixed it. My go to mechanics now.

Amazing..friendly staff.. so helpful my car failed its mot..they gave me a solution close by for a quick fix and retested the next day to get a pass 10/10. I use my car as an outreach worker so it's essential booked a week off to sort it and had it done in 48hrs stress free and enjoyed a break...thanks Silvester's I will be recommending you to colleages and friends.

What amazing service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I tried several so called independents and they seemed scared of the repair I needed. DDR made the whole process easy. My GLC had to be towed to them which was stressful. They couldn't have been more helpful They discussed the problem and advised . I own classic cars so know a small amount about the issue I had I know what they were telling me was correct no waffle. Good honest garage that treated me with respect. Communication was good and price was excellent considering the major problem I had with my car. I have got it back now and I can enjoy my car without the worry of the issue repeating. The range of cars they deal with there are of all ages so definitely an enthusiasts garage. Some really new models to classic I will revist for maintances in the future and thoroughly recommend. Gearbox Roll pin failure on my Saab 93 Aero combi left it immovable. Had to tow the car in first thing in the morning and Joe said he would take a look and asked us to come back in an hour. Best garage around! We started using Hersham Service Station last year when our car developed a fault with the engine. After 4/5 unsuccessful visits to our previous garage we decided we needed to change. Our car was spending more time in the other garage than on our drive! From the start, we felt we were in safe hands with Greg and his team. Sarah-Jane chatted through what was happening with our car and with the help of Greg, his team and the brilliant facilities at Hersham they were able to diagnose and fix our car. New parts were ordered and replaced, and our car was back on the road. Greg came to the rescue again when a friend’s dog chewed through the seat belt in the boot! Assisted daughter with purchase of very reasonably priced Audi Q3. Apart from stuff that was reasonable for age and price, could not find fault. Only reason not to 5 star them is caution over new purchase although she drove it 200 plus miles on day of purchase with no issues and it is really hard to find them. Suggest adding what3words to website will fix it
