Excellent MOT service and aftercare! Their MOT guy helped me sort the issue of the rust under my car and the guys were able to fit me in a few days later, cleaned up all the rust and treated the underneath of my car! Looks mint now and they're very reasonable too. I've been let down by several other garages too, Halfords and 2 Ford dealerships, but these guys charge what's fair and seem to do great work. I'll be getting my car serviced here from now on. These guys have definitely got their ducks in a row. They even did a few things I didn't even ask them for... Pumped tyres up, put on the new wipers I had in the car too...

I have valued and continue to value Sean’s advice about my cars over the years. His patience and explanations are much appreciated. Assisted daughter with purchase of very reasonably priced Audi Q3. Apart from stuff that was reasonable for age and price, could not find fault. Only reason not to 5 star them is caution over new purchase although she drove it 200 plus miles on day of purchase with no issues and it is really hard to find them. Suggest adding what3words to website will fix it

Warren and Charlie were so helpful and very easy to deal with! I was buying and selling a car through them and they were always efficient and did exactly as they said they would. Gave me a fair price for my car and helped me find my next one, car had a small problem with it which they got sorted immediately so I didn’t have to leave and come back. Would 100% recommend!

Super pleased with Station View today, had an urgent one with coolant leaking...they squeezed me in, did a very thorough job (as always) and communication was 1st rate. Have experienced a few garages in dorking over the years and I now stick with station view, don't bother looking anywhere else.

I've used the Horsell branch for my last 3 MOTs/servicing and the service has always been great. Would definitely recommend. Friendly and helpful staff, whilst also being fairly priced. I accidentally booked my car in the Old Woking branch by mistake, and they still managed to fit me in at Horsell without any problems.

Honest garage, with friendly mechanics. Used Arthurs Bridge on and off for about 10 years. A few times they’ve been unable to find the reported fault, but not charged me for looking at the car either which is both reassuring and a sign of an honest garage! When I have had worked carried out, it’s always been reasonably priced and carried out quickly. One minor suggestion; it would be nice to be given an Estimate for the work to be done when dropping the car off, even if that estimate changes due to unforeseen circumstances, it would be nice to know if you’re in for a bill of £200 or £2000 so you know where you stand, but I understand this is always practical.

Three days ago I went down to my allotment in Guildford as usual but when the time came to return home, I discovered that my offside rear tyre was flat. I’m in my 80’s and I can’t change a wheel like I used to, so I phoned the AA only to be told that unless you are stranded on a motorway or busy A road, there is no chance of being attended to for at least 2 hours. I rang Bellfields Autos and immediately I had a sympathetic ear from the reception team and within 15 minutes, an extremely helpful and courteous young mechanic had found me, and then proceeded to replace the faulty wheel with the spare so that I could get home. The following day, they informed me that the new tyre had been fitted and the spare could be replaced in the boot. Brilliant service all round! Their prices are very competitive as a bonus! Mr. J. We were very pleased and impressed with the swift and friendly service we received at our recent MOT at Bellfields this week. Despite failing the MOT, the whole process was handled so efficiently and with great customer service and was a good experience. Ian, our technician, showed us exactly what the problem was in the shop (and how dangerous a worn wheel bearing was - we were lucky not to have had an accident on a recent trip to Dorset) and they were swift to fix it in just under 2 days. This enabled me to drive my family into London yesterday for my birthday with confidence that the vehicle had been thoroughly checked and fixed by experts - who even wished me a happy birthday as well at pick up! I have always had a great experience with Bellfields. They don't try to upsell or find unnecessary things to charge you for, so absolutely trustworthy. I first became a customer because I went to them to replace a fused bulb. The chap at reception replaced and fitted it for me, with no charge. I was sold and became a regular customer. Excellent customer service, quality and friendly staff. Never had any complains. If you need a trustworthy garage around Guildford - this is it.

Hard to get booked in because they are so busy but so worth the wait, they are honest and give the fairest quotes. I could not remove my charger from the cigarette lighter in my vehicle so called in to QCS on the way home to ask for their advice. They very kindly removed the charger instantly so I could get on with my day and stop worrying about it. Would highly recommend them...

I honestly can't rate these guys highly enough. My car had already been to 3 garages with an issue and none of them had resolved it. I tried contacting a few others, all were totally disinterested.
