Didn't eat today. Pub was busy and staff were thin on the ground but seemed to be coping. One of the more expensive pub restaurants I've been in but the atmosphere was nice
Fantastic food in here. It's not the cheapest place to eat but you get great food and good size portions! Some of their cheesecakes are really good too.Landlady very friendly.
Undoubtedly the best Lamberry pie I have ever had. Coupled with excellent service and a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. 10* for the specials pie, what an amazing Friday lunch.
Very old pub in a great spot. Plenty of seating inside with both a large bar and large restaurant area. Staff were very helpful and the chef was accommodating to our specific requirements. All the food was cooked to a high standard. The only downside was the relatively high bill compared to other pub restaurants.
A lovely old pub with exposed beams & cockerel decor. Was impressed with the gluten free menu as there was a lot of choice which you don’t always get in other pubs.
