Great place to eat food very good and a big portion. We used by our U3A walking group and found it very welcoming and dog friendly not a chain but a independent. On our vist on Monday it was a eatout to helpout day so the lunch was even bigger than before. Great atmosphere and very welcoming staff.
Superb little place. Having only moved here recently we have become regulars and have just had our grandsons christening here in the lovely function room at the back with over 40 guests. Excellent hot buffet, attentive staff and such good prices. We have seen weddings celebrations and funeral wakes here. All very well attended and being right next to the church makes for a great location. Definitely recommend. 5 stars. 🌟
Just had our mum's wake there and it couldn't have been better. The buffet was lovely and plenty of it.
Absolutely fantastic. Came in with a group of campers and had the most amazing roast dinner. Fabulous friendly staff. Highly recommended. X x
Wow what can I say Sophie the landlady here is amazing she will really go above and beyond for you. We had our christening here for our son and the buffet food was absolutely amazing. The service was great thank you so much Sophie you made the day go great! The pub is such a lovely place to have events here.
