I'm so glad we found this place, we've been two days in a row now. The restaurant itself is beautiful, the staff are all wonderful and the food is amazing. I'm looking forward to trying their Sunday roast next. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely be returning soon x

Went for a brunch with some friends and we were welcomed as soon as we arrived! The food was great and the restaurant is really lovely inside. Service was great, couldn’t fault anything from my experience!

From the moment I walked in and was geeeted to the time all staff said thank you and good bye was amazing. The food, service and atmosphere was stunning. I will return again and again

Had brunch here twice now, a longer wait late Saturday morning, but to expected as it was busy. The Service is excellent, attentive waitress. The food is fantastic. Smartly presented and super tasty. Some more unusual choices, especially for vegetarians which is great. Even a separate menu for ve/vg. The Turkish eggs were sublime! And the Mediterranean breakfast was delicious and generous portions. Overall excellent value for money. Lovely decor and space. Coffee is fab too!

This is a lovely little pub, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Would definitely like to go back!

I visited this pub with a friends last night. It is an extremely relaxed and friendly pub which I would definitely recommend. The lady behind the bar was very warm and chatty and always made sure we were OK for drinks. Great little pub, lovely bit of parking out the back and the customers all seem friendly and chatty. Proper old school vibes. Place like this need protecting.

This pub is just what you look for in a pub. Classic pub atmosphere with very friendly staff. Locals seem to love it and I can see why. Max behind the bar was amazing. Chatting with every customer and having a good old laugh with everyone. He is a credit. Will be back.

We had a fantastic experience at Turkuaz in Rochester Kent. I had the lamb shish which was beautifully presented. The lamb was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious! Staff were friendly and delivered superb service. It was our first visit and definitely won’t be our last. If you’re looking for great spot to dine with family/friends, we highly recommend Turkuaz.

Food was finger licking good! Tender, juicy lamb chop with smoky flavor will melt inside your mouth! Desert Kunafa was the best!!! Not too sweet, was just perfect! Halal option available.

Welcoming and accommodating staff. Had to reschedule our appointment for 9 people with ease! Welcomed with a smile! Ordered two jumbos where the meat was tasty and had the charcoal flavour! The ribs were my favourite salted and flavoursome. Love it! Accompanied the mains with a Turkish tea The Kanefa desert was simple Amazing! Freshly made and flavours were well balanced and not too sweet. Wanted to try the Bakalava but they ran out unfortunately, will have to come back to try them. I have to mention the place is well decorated and right by the river for a peaceful touch! Thank you and will be back again!

Well, this was a great surprise. I'd been working in West Malling all day filming, and my mother in law booked us in for dinner. She is rather discerning, and this was to be her third visit in a couple of weeks, so I had high hopes. We had the taster menu. See the attached pics and what a wonderful gastronomic journey it was. The kitchen team has obviously honed this menu to a level of layered brilliant flavour bombs. We loved this meal and every course was interesting and delicious. We had a nice, well priced Malbec, and I'll be back it it was a great meal. The staff and venue were attentive and yet relaxed. Thanks very much, and keep up the great work!

Another stunning meal at St Leonard’s! I come here every time they change the menu and it just keeps getting better. The food is seasonal, beautifully presented, and tastes amazing. They also have a really good wine selection and elegant cocktails. I’d recommend the Bloody Mary or the chocolate and hazelnut martini (this is really nice for dessert too). 10/10, definitely recommend.

Fantastic!! My wife and I had a rare date night without the children. We have wanted to try St Leonard’s since moving to West Malling a few months ago. We decided to have a cocktail before we headed to our table and it was the best margarita we have had in a very long time. We went for the tasting menu , each dish was really tasty and well presented. The monkfish was my favourite. Wine was very reasonably priced and the service was on point. We will be back again very soon!!

The food was absolutely beautiful. I took my sons to celebrate my birthday and it was absolutely wonderful. I am from Spain and I can say that it felt like i was in Spain. My son had the Paella and we had mix grill. Will be back soon. Definitely will recommend to everybody

Myself and Editorial Consultant reviewed The Ole Rochester on Sunday 7th July. We were pleasantly surprised at the ambience and decor of the restaurant. It was a nice bright, open space and had such a welcoming feel. Ole Rochester, is a beautiful Spanish eatery in the heart of Rochester, nestled within the quirky retail ambience of the High Street. The setting is a magnificent atmospheric restaurant, with vibrant murals spanning the huge walls.  Upbeat music adds to the vibe, echoing its Spanish roots. The service was impeccable and high-level without being intrusive. We ordered the Olives, Bread, and Manchego to start a generous platter furnished with  fine garnishing detail. This set the palate for two mains of Sea Bass, Agave sauce, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and the Seafood Paella. Dishes were plentiful and exquisitely presented. The Sea Bass fillets had a delicious crunchy outer, and the sea of vegetables and potatoes was delicious and complemented the delicate flavor of the fish. The Seafood Paella was very filling, delicious, and a generous portion. It could easily be for two people.  This was  downed by a delicious glass of The Ole Rochester's original Sangria.  We were pleasantly too full to attempt desert, however, we made the decision that we would definitely be back again, and this time we would make room for desert. Overall a truly fabulous experience in a characterful, dynamic setting.

Amazing pet friendly brewery. Great selection of beers and every weekend different food. Burgers were amazing. Make sure you don’t drive there and you can drink a lot

Four of us walked from Rochester and met a mate who came by train from Maidstone (To Halling a short 15/20 min walk). A lovely country/farming setting (very on trend I believe). The tap room is clean and tidy and you get a good look at the workings of the brewery. There is a great selection of beers ( and a cider to die for) in style, strength and taste. There are nibbles (crisps, nuts and snacks) then a food truck turned up with the most amazing burgers all served with pickles and nachos. Everything was well priced. We sat in the large covered outdoor area but inside was equally appealing. Very dog friendly. They also have a table tennis table (providing bats and ball) just for fun!

We didn't eat but the pizzas looked great. The beer selection was fab, I had half 6% neipa, delicious. A lovely place well worth a visit.

What a lovely place to visit, i went by bike, so I had a bit of a hike uphill. Once here very pleasant, the brewed ales are really nice, reasonably priced cosy little place. The farm shop has a vast variety of foods to buy.

6 of us went for the meal on a Sunday, aiming to have a roast, a little disappointed they didn't do chicken. Those in the group who had the roast said it was delicious and well worth the money. Would recommend this place.

Limited parking. Great food, great beer selection and great service. Steak was lovely washed down with a few cruzcampos. Friendly atmosphere. Would recommend.

Nice and big pub with a good menu section of food.and all you would expect for drinks as well. There is a car park next door with a very good amount of space. The food they serve is really well portioned and is really tasty! I would even argue the portions are too big, but don't think it's a bad thing at all! The outdoor seating area is perfect for those summer days and the indoor area has a few TVs scattered around to watch the latest game should you wish! Overall thumbs up.

Visited for the first time since we moved away from Gravesend. Decided to come back for my husbands birthday. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, a very calm ambience and nice tables with plenty of space between. Staff very welcoming, professional, smiley and polite. Have to say the food is not close to what it used to be. The prawn starter was extremely crispy that you can barely taste the prawn. The prawn linguine was an absolute let down, this was baby shrimps at the most. Definitely not prawns. Creamed spinach was extremely washed down, beef wellington was good, as was the pizza. However I would say half of our order was less than average. The food isn’t cheap here, therefore you would expect much better. I won’t be retuning and making the drive, however if the food improves this would still be a great place to visit. I didn’t bring this to anyone’s attention as stated above, half of our order wasn’t great, therefore I would not expect half of our order to be revoked or changed to another dish.

Lovely Christmas decoration. As soon as we sat down they give us warm bread which was nice. I had baked Camembert, my husband had prawn cocktails. For main I had prawn and crab tagliatelle, so tasty and the tagliatelle was cooked to perfection. My husband had liver and bacon, it was very nice but the portion is small. Service was great, our waitress is very attentive and efficient, quickly to pick up empty glass and plate and ask for refill too. Will surely back and highly recommended

Enjoyed a beautiful Sunday Roast today and it was absolutely faultless. I picked an outside seating area and the service was excellent, all tidy and spotless, food was delicious, coffee was just right and dessert was also beautiful. Thank you very much, highly recommended to visit ☆☆☆☆☆

Very nice place, lovely food, friendly and efficient staff. Well worth a visit, but be warned it's very popular and gets very busy (and noisy).

Just managed to get a seat for 2 for Sunday lunch as we were passing. Very friendly staff, even though they were fully booked, they managed to find a seat for 2. Didn't have long to wait for the food roast lamb and roast pork food was good temperature to eat, it was fresh and tasty and a good portion. Definitely be back, but I will book especially for a Sunday. The bonus was early bird before one you get 25% off and if you become a member you get money of in the week

The BEST roast dinner I’ve had in a long time!! Had the chicken and beef for the 2 meat roast and it did not disappoint!! The restaurant had a really cozy vibe to it that feels like a traditional pub and still feels clean and warm. The staff were brilliant! Quick service and very helpful. Had 2 roast dinners with 2 meats, a drink each and 3 scoops of ice cream which came to around £80. With what you’re getting and what it tastes like the food is definitely worth the price! Parking is tricky! Depending on when you go, I had to park down a side road and walk but the weather was nice for the walk. Definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic dinner out. Food was amazing, with very friendly and helpful service. Steak and lamb cooked perfectly. Well behaved dogs on leads welcome in the bar area, not the restaurant area. They had bowls of water down.

Had a lovely lunch here, staff were very friendly & the service was great. The food was delicious & of a high standard. Will definitely be returning!
