Was an amazing place we have been before so went back again booked a table however when we arrived the table wasn’t ready and we was told to come back in 10 minutes we went to a pub near by and came back. The service was amazing and staff were attentive but also left us alone which was great. The food was full of flavour and quickly prepared. Great restaurant and will be back!

10 out 10 stars!!!!! Amazing drinks, appetizers, food, atmosphere and lovely staff!! We will definitely be back! There are no pictures of the food because we ate it all too soon with nothing left for proof. The owners are the sweetest and most authentic couple. You will be missing out if you don’t stop by.

Amazing place. Very delicious Italian food. The pasta was superb. Special mention should be made of the desserts. They are not overly sweet, just the right amount. It was divine. The place is cozy, but we were there during peak hours. It was a bit noisy at that time, but it also added to the atmosphere.

Best restaurant in Dover. Great food and service especially from the ginger boy and girl. Amaretto cheesecake was to die for. Highly recommended.

The service was exceptional; the staff were friendly, attentive, and made the dining experience very pleasant. Additionally, the prices were very reasonable, offering great value for the quality and quantity of food provided. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfying and enjoyable meal. We ordered a meal set for two and we did our best to eat everything but there was still so so much left!! We also forgot one of our belongings and the lady chased us all the way to the parking lot to make sure we did not lose it! Incredible people!!

First time trying this beautiful lovely place, the food i had was a mixed grilled it was really amazing its unique style to its chicken and lamb chops. Excellent customer service definitely recommend this place by far one of the best.

Value for money. Great portions and amazingly delicious food. The menu boasted a rich selection of Turkish delights, and each dish surpassed expectations. From the savory kebabs to the aromatic spices, the flavors transported me to the heart of Turkey.

5 STARS ARE NOT ENOUGH.. I WANT TO GIVE 10 STARS 🌟 (So sad that I am living far from here) We've ordered Aspendos special for 2-3 people. The portion of food was very generous with 49 pounds. I highly recommend who is visiting the white cliff. The staff was very friendly and their service was impressive. At last, the staff opened the door for us and asked to get Turkish delight, which was touching since there were a lot of customers in the restaurant.

The food was amazing and absolutely delicious. The prices were very reasonable. The service though was somehow even more impressive than the aforementioned food and prices as Simona provided one of the most delightful service experiences ever. She was super lovely and friendly. Highly recommend coming here.

If you check my reviews, you know I am hard to please. This place cooked great food, plus it was nice and cosy. I highly recommend the roast turkey, it was fantastic. The roast salmon took a bit longer but the staff brought us the turkey first and extra plates for us to get started on the turkey first. The salmon was cooked to perfection as well. Brilliant place to grab food on Dover.

This is a really nice place to have breakfast/brunch. The woman working there was nice, and the food was really good. I would recommend it.

On the first morning of our stay in Dover , we came across Chaplins, the moment we went in we felt very welcomed , the food was lovely , the coffee tasted great, we went all 3 mornings we were there for breakfast , I highly recommend to all , if in Dover again we will definitely go there .absolutely lovely people .

Props on the whole Dovorian vibe – the warm welcomes and top-notch service spiced up the classic fish and chips adventure. That classy touch in your approach. Keep it going! Time flew, and we couldn't savor it all, but the dedication and kindness, especially from the lovely lady representing Sicily, left a lasting impression. Amazingly friendly atmosphere, lovely fried toast and burger. Would recommend

We like it. Nothing else was open as soon we left the Ferry. I had the stout from adnames and we ate Burger,Fish and Chips. We ate direct in the Pub.

Blakes has come on a lot since I last visited, admittedly a couple of years ago at least. Went along to the Wednesday open mic night and had a great time. Held outside under cover, with heating! Great music from different singers and musicians and atmosphere, definitely visiting again soon, even though it means a twenty-minute drive!

Cute pub, friendly staff. Offer tarot reading evenings on Mondays and the food looks and smelt delicious! Highly recommend the rhubarb cider too! Will be back for food 🖤

Nice Italian restaurant by the port. We tried their Filetto Di Salmone, Risotto Pollo Pesto & Asparagi and a Chicken Fillet with mushrooms. They were all good. There is a lot of seating. The staff were very friendly.

The most scrumptious serving of pasta I have had the pleasure of indulging in... I offered a friend a taste but told her she had better try it now as I couldn't promise any leftovers... and I nearly had to lick the plate! The best part is I didn't feel uncomfortably stuffed after downing the entire plate! Cannot wait for another excuse to visit Dover Marina so I can bask in another heavenly moment at Bella Vita! I was gladly surprised by this place. We visited on a Sunday around 330pm. Not much around opened so we gave it a go. Looks a bit tired & needs an updating but the view is great, food was yummy, portions are not big. I don't eat much and thought it wasn't enough. Service is nice & local. Prices are London wise, we were surprised on this too.

Amazing place, the food is beyond my expectations, well presented and tastes good. The atmosphere is relaxing with a beautiful view and gentle live music. Honestly in 10 years in UK is the first Good 5 stars restaurant that I've been so far.

I have not ONE bad thing to say about this place, it is our lunch spot of choice every Saturday. As a pub-loving vegan, and partner veggie, we find it hard to find interesting options to eat out, but this place has obviously put a lot of thought into their menu! They even have vegan chicken options in place of meat which I rarely see. And re the place itself, the staff are incredibly welcoming, attentive and friendly, even when the place is busy. They are also really helpful with any changes we ask for with our meals. It is incredibly dog-friendly, they've even brought over biscuits and water for us :) They are also very child/baby friendly which is important to note, having just had a HORRENDOUS experience at a different Kentish pub which claimed to be child-friendly (and evidently was far from it). The place is super cosy inside for winter, which is perfect for anyone who struggles with the sensory overload of brightness (🙋‍♀️) and is decorated with loads of eccentric bits and bobs, we see something new every time. MASSIVE garden outside with HEATERS, which is truly such a gem for places these days. I honestly don't get some of these negative reviews, some people shouldn't eat out. People complaining about 'fatty cheese'?? Sorry, what? Saying the lasagne wasn't made fresh? Do they understand it takes hours to make a lasagne? (The veggie lasagne is actually so delicious too). And the pièce de résistance for me, moaning that they can't be seated for food when the place is at full capacity for food...I am genuinely confused. Anyway, do yourself a service and go here.

Super rest6. Great food, nice views, amazing decor, they just need to train the waitress' to be a little bit more professional. They are very flexible and allow you to change the sides for your meal without a problem. We went twice in one week.

We arrived at Cullins Yard after a long and very wet walk over the white cliffs with our dog. The staff were very friendly and made all three of us very welcome. They went above and beyond with their service. We had a starter each and fish & chips. It was delightful. The place is full of cool antiques and memorabilia. We would highly recommend to anybody with a dog or anybody that wants a comfortable place to eat.

If you are in the neighbourhood I highly recommend this restaurant. The food was to die for. The service was top notch. And the ambience cannot be beat. I had the chicken breast, melt in your mouth good. Gregg had the lamb shank and it was awesome.

Spent a weak here. This place is a hidden gem such a community atmosphere even in the day time, there's a happy family vibe here. The love and care put into this pub is evident in all aspects of this place such a great vibe, no trubble just laughter. And the food is amazing the chef definitely takes pride in what he dose!

Sunday Lunch with family. Perfect. Food was excellent, served hot and well presented. Staff have the edge over other places. Personal service with understanding of not just allergies but Personal choice. Highly recommend.

This was my first visit but certainly not my last. Great place to enjoy a well prepared and tasty meal. The menu options are very appealing and got me curious on trying them all, even vegetarian and vegan options. The staff is amazing and are honouring the soul of the red lion. Can't wait for the next visit... 😊 Ohhhh spoiler alert for foodies. They're starting a dining club were we can enjoy a 3 course meal and maybe more surprises soon... 😉

Conveniently located within the hotel and the menu has a range of options available for every taste. I particularly liked my martini and, being on a strict (although self-imposed due to my vanity and utter narcissism) low-carb diet, I appreciated the variety from which I had to choose. Friendly staff and management, as usual, and the view from the balcony sea-view suite is always stunning. Please keep in mind that this is a very old hotel, so do not visit with modern amenities as a basis for your expectations. Here it is charming and a bit quirky, but every bit worth the experience. It is the only place I stay when I am in Dover (4+ times per year), so that should say something.😉

We had afternoon tea, it was delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The sandwiches and cakes were lovely, and the scones were absolutely delicious. Our only issue was when we asked for more tea. The teapot was taken away and brought back a few minutes later. Unfortunately they had only refilled the pot with tepid water, consequently the tea was lukewarm and weak. A sad end to what had been a lovely experience

Fantastic food at a reasonable price in a beautiful setting. The spinach and chickpea curry was very well balanced and spiced. The gluten free lemon cheesecake was amazing. The waitress 'Revati' catered to my gluten allergy and she was the epitome of customer service at its best.

Service from Paris,as usual, was friendly, attentive and efficient, thanks. Food was also of the consistently high quality we're becoming used to, especially the rump steaks which are really flavourful , and consistently tasty. Whole ambience and experience is enjoyable and the General Manager is to be congratulated for providing a very good restaurant experience.

It has been a super satisfactory last dinner in UK, we enjoyed two burger and a steak, all good and tasty 😋. Our personal thanks to Teresa that has been familiar and friendly welcoming and suggesting us in the best way ✨
