We had 2x battered sausage & chips and a pea fritter & chips from the lunch time special menu, great value for money, hot and delicious. The young lady serving was helpful, chatty and smiled, it makes such a difference, when your welcomed with a smile.

By far the best Indian I have ever tried. I’m quite picky too, but this was absolutely incredible. We had a range of curry’s- from chicken tikka masala, to vegetable, korma etc. They were beautifully flavoured , chicken was perfectly cooked and the side orders of Naan bread, rice etc was delicious. We sadly don’t live in Ferndown but any chance we get we go to my MIL’s to order from gorgeous restaurant !

In one word: excellent! The taste of different spices was very sensational. The service was very good and friendly. We’re from the Netherlands on Holidays, so this was a nice surprise.

Food is ok, portion size is big. I got sweet and sour chicken balls, chips and some mini spring rolls. All cooked and taste great just bit too much batter on the chicken balls. The spring rolls are a good size not the usual little ones you get. All in all pretty decent. Bit on the pricey side though!

Service and food was good, unfortunatly the order appeared to be a bit messed up - but didnt realise till I got back. Food was still good, even though I wasn't sure what a couple of the dishes were. (It all still tasted good when we ate leftovers for breakfast!)

I love this place. So friendly and inviting and the food is AMAZING. Would defo recommend prices and quality is great. Love the hong kong style chicken. LOVE.

Brilliant food and service! We’re currently visiting the area from Essex and staying nearby, so ordered a takeaway. First of all I want to mention how polite the lady on the phone was taking our order, very professional 👏. As well as the delivery driver, such a lovely gentleman and a credit to the company. Lovely pub, staff are friendly & helpful. Dog friendly. Garden is a favourite with the covered seating area and outdoor heating with large TV for all types of sports, as well as kids playground area. Would highly recommend for all ages.

Love this pub. The staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. The food is good quality pub grub served with a smile We have dropped in a couple of times when out on our bikes. If we lived locally we’d be regulars. The only pub I know that serves Thatchers Spiced Apple cider, worth the 40 mile cycle ride to sample it 👍😀

We celebrated my dad's birthday at Horns Inn, and once again, it was a lovely experience. The atmosphere was cozy, perfect for a family gathering. The food was delicious. Horns Inn remains one of our family's favorite spot for good reason. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere!

A modern, nicely furnished pub. Staff are friendly. Great choice of food, and when it arrived, I must admit it was beyond my expectations being so fresh and well presented. Parking is available onsite. You will not be disappointed.

Ordered 2 chicken kebabs, one doner all with salad and one portion of chips. It's a shame that the salad was missing from the order. What we received was good. We live a 10 minute drive away and didn't have time to go back. We'll make sure everything is included next time.

Warm, friendly, welcoming service by all staff on shift here. It's like visiting your uncles shop they all make you feel part of their family. The food is great too. Have visited numerous times and always awesome food and service.

Best kebab in the area for sure. Proper charcoal grill used to cook giving the food a perfect smoky taste! Food is all very fresh and good quality. Staff are all friendly and give great service

The food served in Forest Kebab is as good as any high class restaurant. I feel the quality is amazing and the food is delicious, juicy and full of flavour. As a Turkish person myself I can easily tell you that it is hard to get this quality of food in Turkey, let alone in the UK. So I wanted to write a review and praise them for the good work, and excellent service, they are doing for the West Moors community. So well done, may your good work continue. Hoping you get the rewards you deserve.

I have had 2 Christmas meals, they were delicious, plenty of food. Service was excellent. I have been in weekly and it has always been brilliant.

I have not been here for 3 maybe 4 years. I’m so glad I have been going recently. The drinks options is amazing. The food is great and especially quick service from ordering the food to the food being on the table. The karaoke is a very fun night. The staff are very welcoming and willing to help with food orders. Definitely going again and again

My local pub - been coming here for years. Service always comes with a smile, good prices, and a nice atmosphere. We had Christmas Eve dinner here and everything was lovely. Connor in particular took good care of us. Will happily keep coming here, and not just because it’s a 5 minute walk from home.

This was the annual Christmas Dinner of a group of local Church Bell ringers. There were over twenty in the group and we all enjoyed the festive menu. This was well prepared and served in a good time and the service throughout by the staff was excellent. Everybody was well pleased with the food and service and already are saying we must come again next year. Thank you to ALL the staff involved.

I visited with my family for a lunch together. Staff were friendly, welcoming and professional and there was a good variety of food to suit everyone from the 3 year old to the grandparents. Service was prompt and the food was good. A great venue for family gathering.

Lovely jubley ! This Chinese takeaway is lovely. I popped in Tuesday night as things were hectic after a school run from hell and kids swimming lessons. I needed something quick as I’d been on the go all day. last minute dot com was the order of the day, “I’m sure many can relate” , “the joys of parenthood “ hey. It’s crazy as I used to go her maybe 10 years ago and it was pretty good then. However I didn’t know what to expect after all that time. I went for a beef curry, the special fried rice, chips and pancake rolls. The rice was fresh and fluffy, it had lovely freshly cooked ingredients. I particularly liked the chunky juicy Chinese pork in it. Most places give you pieces that are tiny and a bit grey looking. Sometimes the pork or meet in takeaways has an odd smell like it’s a bit ripe. It always puts me off. Not here though nice fresh meat cooked lovely and generous amounts off ingredients in the portions The curry was great tasty full of meat and mild just as I’ve come to expect from Chinese curry. Even the chips were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside and still very hot when I got home. Overall a great experience of a quick grab and go mission by myself. I was glad I made the decision to have a cheeky takeaway. It’s nice to have a lovely fresh tasty Chinese again. Thank you guys keep up the good work.

Was passing through West moors and saw this place. Thought I'd give it a try even after reading the Google reviews which were very mixed. I had just the special fried rice and sweet and sour pork Cantonese style. Is it the best Chinese takeaway I've ever had no . However the pork was well cooked and not dry and the rice was nice. The sauce on the pork was bit mediocre flavour wise but satisfactory, not oily or watery, just lacking a bit of punch. Like other reviews state they are probably on the more expensive side but hey I didn't have to cook after long day. Would I use this place again if i was passing in the area? Yes it was clean, the staff were friendly and the food was pleasant.
