Food is amazing! First time eating here and the food was one of the best meals ive had. Also i won the meat raffle. Been meaning to write a reveiw for a while, so sorry for the delay. Really enjoyed the evening

Unreal food. Absolutely excellent. Very very well balanced. Has the vibe of somewhere with an excellent chef, team and ownership - family feel, but with true talent behind it.

Lovely place for coffee, cake, meals and small dishes. A real gem on the Dorset coast. The new menu I sublime and staff friendly as ever. Sit outside or inside with dogs welcome and easy excess for all with a carpark out the front. Be back again soon as we always are :).

Lovely pub and location. I was on the way back to London and needed a pit stop. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a big smile and taken to a table. I didn't have to wait too long as the only waitress working was just like wonder woman. I run a restaurant in London and would give her a job anytime.

Had a light bite and drinks. Very nice. My 5 star review is really for Liz. She was extremely busy, single handedly running the bar, taking food orders, serving orders, clearing tables and taking payment. All this on her own, very unfair. But done with a lovely smile and friendly nature. Treat this woman well, she is worth her weight in gold.

Went for Sunday lunch, very nice and friendly. Nothing on the menu my son liked but the kitchen obliged by doing him burger and chips. Definitely worth the visit. š š

We loved the Kings Arms. Sitting in the afternoon sunshine in the large garden or on their decking is very relaxing. It is dog friendly and our black Labrador loved it too. It looks as if it will be very cosy on a cold winters day when the log fire is roaring. The staff were great and friendly. In fact the entire village of Portesham was so friendly we felt really welcome even though we were there for just a few days.

Stopped when leaving Haven to go Devon. Was so glad there was a space for the motor home thatās 7.5m long (only room for one, in case you are travelling with one). Was the best breakfast Iāve had! So nice, shop was lovely to wonder around whilst breakfast was cooking. The staff were friendly and so accommodating. Food was so nice and deli items so enticing we couldnāt leave without taking another few bits with us for our trip. The quiche was absolutely delicious. Thank you! I would recommend a stop here to anyone for eating š

Easy to see from the main road. Parking out front. Accessible entrance and toilet with baby changing facilities. Very clean and good layout. Farmers shop and cafe. Staff helpful and friendly. Vegetables, local produce, oils. Very good quality.

Very nice place. We stopped there to have a Coffee to take away and some souvenirs for my family. Breakfast looked great. I must go back there the next I'm in UK and have some Eggs Benedict !!! (This time we already had breakfast at the hotel)

We came in the Summer to have a ploughman's, and found it so good we came back for another one, on the last day of our holiday! After having stayed overnight in their accommodation, and consumed a delicious breakfast, I can't recommend it enough. The staff have always been friendly, amenable and accommodating. The room was clean and tidy. Finally, the view of St Catherine's Chapel was amazing.

Stopped in for a drink after a walk. Lovely old pub with friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. Older reviews say thereās no draught beer, but itās under new management now and there were plenty of options when we came.
