The food was absolutely delicious! My friend and I really enjoyed ourselves, the atmosphere was wonderful, everyone was very friendly and nothing was too much. The portion sizes were huge and very filling, I didn't have room for dessert, which is unheard of! Thank you so much. We will definitely be back. Extra bonus as it was an affordable meal with drinks! There are car parks around the pub if you were to need it.

Called early evening for a quick drink. Found out it was curry night almost every table was booked, however we were shown a free table and read the menu while enjoying a pint. We ended up having a lovely pub meal each, both choosing off the specials board. Really good wholesome food at a reasonable price. All in a busy content pub. Just as it should be. Thank you đ

"Visited The Greyhound in Beaminster for drinks and had a wonderful experience. The landlord was very welcoming and the pub is extremely dog-friendly with a water station and treats available. Ended up spending hours playing board games in the snug and indulging in a few too many bottles of wine. The atmosphere was fantastic, the staff were friendly and welcoming. A great place to unwind and enjoy some quality time. Highly recommended!"

We had heard about their famous RIBS⊠so booked a table which is advised. They literally melt in your mouth with the most amazing sauce. We also had their South African apricot pudding which was divine. Staff were lovely and the locals were very welcoming. Canât wait to come back

Really lovely country pub with a local atmosphere and great service. The food was exceptional. I love a burger believe me and I reckon the double bacon smash burger was one of the best I've ever had! Highly recommend!! My fiancé had the chicken and leek pie and was equAlly impressed! This little gem is a must visit if in the area. Oh very dog friendly too, our little puppy spread himself across the pub for a nap whilst we ate!

A fantastic run community pub, overseen by Kerry and Clive. Great beers and excellent food prepared by chef Clive, you won't be disappointed with the selection or the results! A bit off the beaten track but well worth the visit. Make a plan and put it on your "to do" list!!

What a great village pub. We were on holiday in the area and decided to go to this âcommunityâ pub and what a great decision. Food lovely and great friendly locals. Charming landlady. These are the sort of places that should be supported. I unhesitatingly recommend.

Stopped in for some food and found the pub very pleasant. Quite stylish inside with nice decor and lots of seating. Food was good although medium rare steak was over cooked. Well priced for food and drink and we'd visit again.

A surprise visit for lunch after a walk. Sunday roast was great and reasonably priced. Nice décore and good atmosphere, with friendly staff. Shame we live over an hour away or this would be a regular drop in. All 7 of us cleared our plates!!!

Popped in to refuel whilst walking, large group, seated and served quickly, amazing food, only downside was the food was so good we all ate more than we should!!! lol. Friendly staff and will definitely be back, highly recommend.

The Red Lion pub is a fantastic find. The owner is so friendly and welcoming, the food looks and tastes really good and they stock Powderkeg gluten free beer alongside beers from the brewery . This visit we had cheesy chips - best cheesy chips ever.

Just had a faultless meal at Brassica - there were 8 of us, a mixture of meat, pesces and veggies. The food was outstanding - something for everyone and arrived quickly. Vibe is very informal and friendly, we loved all the people who served us. We ate most of the things on the menu and every dish was exceptional. Can't wait to come again.

A solid 5/5 for us. Could not fault a thing. Tried both Spanish wines and the French rose at a ÂŁ5 for small glassâŠyou donât need to spend more. Absolutely fab. Sign of a good restaurant is spot on house wine. Lovely service from all and my steak was melt in my mouth. We will be back. Thank you all !
