We engaged the services of Smart Pest Services to get rid of a rat that found a way into the house. The process was seamless from booking the appointment to the treatment process. The technicians who visited were thorough, polite and helpful. After the first visit, we could still hear it again therefore we contacted Smart Pest Control who were very prompt in arranging further appointments. The technicians were very helpful and undertook a thorough investigation to find any entry holes to the house and sealed them. I would not hesitate in recommending their services to others:
I had a problem with squirrels in the loft, Smart Pest Control sent Ozzy to investigate the problem. Ozzy a nice friendly guy who investigated and plugged two holes.
The squirrels still got in. I contacted the firm and they sent Ozzy, this time we found how they were getting in. He plugged the hole and there have been no squirrels now for 4 weeks.
It is good that they give a 6 month warranty so if they do manage to return I can just call them.

I recently used Smart Pest Control for a mice issue and I am very satisfied. They worked hard to find a solution and blocked all the holes, their 6 months warranty gives me peace of mind knowing they can handle any issues at no extra cost. I highly recommend , they are reliable and easy to work with.
As a landlord, I am very happy with the prompt and efficient service I have received for the eradication of mice and also with warranty and the follow up to ensure that there were no further problems. I would most certainly use this company again, and have no hesitation in recommending them..
Excellent service right from the first telephone call. The guy who came out was great, he couldn't do enough to make our home comfortable again. Would recommend and the 6 month guarantee is a game changer although we gladly haven't seen anything since the first visit.
