Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. Oscar was wonderful and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing so I understood. He also quoted the best price of all the pest companies I contacted as well as offering the earliest appointment.

Enzo attended my property for an inspection, he did a very thorough job,suggested what we could do and did some of the initial work during the appointment. Good service, reasonably priced, knowledgeable person and very polite to deal with. Highly recommended.

Enzo is a real professional. From the moment he arrived at our flat, we were totally reassured that the situation (a rat!) would be dealt with thoroughly. Enzo is methodical and meticulous; he carefully assessed our flat, filled any holes and laid out deterrents. He explained each step on the way and was ready to answer any question. Got 'Em Out! Absolutely fantastic physical and customer service. Trevor did a prompt home inspection at my old property and clearly showed me all the places where mice were getting in and explained how they would rid the property of mice and guarantee they don't return. I'm really happy they don't use poison and I'm even happier I'm no longer tormented and embarrassed by mice. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

The team removed a squirrel I had living in my loft. They came round first thing in the morning and within a couple of hours the squirrel was gone and he had sealed up all entry points. I been having an ongoing issue with mice reported to the council and they were unable to solve the issue. Getemout was recommended to me I spoke to Trevor who came the next day with his team and started investigating. The next day they completed the job and we are coming onto 3 months now and I have not seen not one mice!!! The service Gabriel offers is second to none in my opinion. He is thorough in his work, polite, respectful and also proactive in his communications. He also came back to the property voluntarily on multiple occasions to check on both his work and previous suppliers' work within and around the property over an extended period of time without costs increasing. Gabriel responded to my initial email and was out treating my property within 24 hours. He was very thorough with his work and there were no further sighting after his initial visit. Absolutely impressed with the service provided and genuinely couldn't have asked for a better service. We had an initial issue of mice running around and discovered we had quite a few holes around the house but managed to find the main hole the mice initially came in and out of. There was an initial consultation where the team had covered the holes but we found that the mice had been biting through the very next day which wasn't a problem because the team had come again, and sealed up the hole and surrounding areas, which was a great sign as the mice had died from eating the sealant used to cover the holes. The team had given us many tips for future-proofing such as traps to use, areas to keep an eye on and signs of mice droppings. Would 100% use the service again and ask for assistance as we've managed to get rid of our mice! Thanks again team!
