My balcony is now clean and pigeon free! No more cooing through the night. The back end of my wrap-around balcony was repeatedly covered with pigeon poop because the birds would perch around the outer perimeter and the hand rail. Pigeons had taken up residence in a roof drain opening that exited through the wall underneath my balcony. There is also a soil pipe along the adjacent wall (also below my balcony, laying horizontally) on which the pigeons were perching and using as a toilet, dirtying all the neighbours' windows below. Robert hooked me up with bird spikes along the problem areas and the soil pipe. He netted the drain to keep the birds from entering, but still allowing the water to drain. 3 days later, my balcony is still clean and it appears the pigeons have moved on to sleep elsewhere. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend them. Less expensive than I thought it would be. Very professional and knowledgeable.

For at least 9 long months me an my wife had an issue with mice in are bathrooms we tried many different ways to sort the problem but nothing worked we even brought a cat. Enzo is a real professional. From the moment he arrived at our flat, we were totally reassured that the situation (a rat!) would be dealt with thoroughly. Enzo is methodical and meticulous; he carefully assessed our flat, filled any holes and laid out deterrents. He explained each step on the way and was ready to answer any question. We were lucky that our landlord covered the expense, however Enzo itemised how he'd charge for the job and his fee was very competitive. I'd highly recommend Enzo's services.

We saw a mouse running around about 4 weeks ago, Mohammed came over put down some bait and provided us with an extensive report with all the holes. He came back and filled the holes today and we haven't seen anything since. Great service, very knowledgeable and very thorough! Would recommend him to anyone.

Mohammed responded to my enquiry super quickly and was round the same day. He quickly identified where the rats were getting in and recommended a drains survey (he can’t do this himself). He laid bait which got shot of the current rats and the drains survey subsequently showed the issue which we then had dealt with. He follows up after 3 weeks to check all was ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again (but hopefully won’t have to!!!)

Professional, friendly service given at a reasonable price. Moving to a more rural area we knew wildlife ( aka rats) might be on the agenda. Seeing 2 outside wasn’t a problem but then one decided to try our roof space- not so happy with that - being kept awake by gnawing!! The council referred us to AGS and they came in good time, surveyed the area, left disincentives for them. Result no more rats ( for now no doubt) but good advice given on how to deter our unwanted house guests. Very pleased with the service and would recommend every time.

Absolutely impressed with the service provided and genuinely couldn't have asked for a better service. We had an initial issue of mice running around and discovered we had quite a few holes around the house but managed to find the main hole the mice initially came in and out of. There was an initial consultation where the team had covered the holes but we found that the mice had been biting through the very next day which wasn't a problem because the team had come again, and sealed up the hole and surrounding areas, which was a great sign as the mice had died from eating the sealant used to cover the holes. The team had given us many tips for future-proofing such as traps to use, areas to keep an eye on and signs of mice droppings. Would 100% use the service again and ask for assistance as we've managed to get rid of our mice! Thanks again team!
