I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt okay and knew about the processes and treatments they were doing. They have great customer service as well and are very responsive and happy to answer any questions! The whole experience was way less stressful thanks to their team :)

Professional, friendly service given at a reasonable price. Moving to a more rural area we knew wildlife ( aka rats) might be on the agenda. Seeing 2 outside wasn’t a problem but then one decided to try our roof space- not so happy with that - being kept awake by gnawing!! The council referred us to AGS and they came in good time, surveyed the area, left disincentives for them. Result no more rats ( for now no doubt) but good advice given on how to deter our unwanted house guests. Very pleased with the service and would recommend every time.

Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. Oscar was wonderful and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing so I understood. Moving to a new house and finding out you have mice is horrible! Thankfully we found Pest Piper which had great information on their web as to what to expect and the steps included in the service. Rupon came and did a full inspection, identified the entry points and place baits. He returned on the second visit, inspected the baits to identify the mice routes and activity and concealed the entries. Rupon was a pleasure to talk to. He is very knowledgeable and respectful. Having to consider anti pigeon netting for my small 4th floor balcony I was dreading the search for a reliable trader. I saw a Pest Piper van parked near me and decided to try them first. I was very pleased I did from the first contact when I was given a clear quote but was not put under pressure to make a decision. When I did decide to go ahead Shahid dealt with me pleasantly and promptly. The installation was done quickly and well despite some small issues, the finishing touches were completed soon after and there was no urgency to pay before full completion! We saw a mouse running around about 4 weeks ago, Mohammed came over put down some bait and provided us with an extensive report with all the holes. He came back and filled the holes today and we haven't seen anything since. Great service, very knowledgeable and very thorough! Would recommend him to anyone.

Mohammed responded to my enquiry super quickly and was round the same day. He quickly identified where the rats were getting in and recommended a drains survey (he can’t do this himself). He laid bait which got shot of the current rats and the drains survey subsequently showed the issue which we then had dealt with. He follows up after 3 weeks to check all was ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again (but hopefully won’t have to!!!)

I been having an ongoing issue with mice reported to the council and they were unable to solve the issue. Getemout was recommended to me I spoke to Trevor who came the next day with his team and started investigating. The next day they completed the job and we are coming onto 3 months now and I have not seen not one mice!!! The team removed a squirrel I had living in my loft. They came round first thing in the morning and within a couple of hours the squirrel was gone and he had sealed up all entry points. For at least 9 long months me an my wife had an issue with mice in are bathrooms we tried many different ways to sort the problem but nothing worked we even brought a cat.
