I discovered a wasp nest on Friday evening, contacted Indigo at the weekend - received a prompt reply and by Tuesday afternoon (my choice of slot) everything had been sorted. The technician was on time, polite, friendly, informative and extremely efficient. He made sure that we (and our cat) were safe and left the site tidier than it was when he arrived. Extremely impressed and will definitely use Indigo again.

Had a rat fall into my enclosed basement garden and get trapped. Phoned them up after googling, the call handler explained the process and quoted a fair price. The guy turned up an hour and a half later and removed the rat efficiently and quickly. Very professional, friendly, honest and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Imagine my horror when I found mouse droppings in my kitchen. I am so glad I used Indigo as they are wonderful. This simply super young man called Luke visited. He knew exactly what to do, laid poison and three visits later the mice have gone. He was able to work out where they were coming in and blocked up their entrance. Luke was fantastic and his mother should be very proud of him. A lovely person and in my eyes his employer should be glad to have him representing his company. I can not recommend this company more highly.

After reading other evaluations of this Pest Control's offerings, I decided to use them. incredibly amiable and cooperative. They gave me a thorough explanation of the procedure while keeping in mind my situation. The team completed the fumigation and arrived on schedule. I'm pleased with the outcome. A week later, they even called to enquire about the outcome of their fumigation.

On the same day, Quick Pest Control arranged for the talented Mir to come see my elderly aunt and investigate the disturbing sounds coming from the roof of her cottage. He conducted a comprehensive and in-depth survey and found substantial damage and rat activity. He was comforting and gave extremely clear explanations. We look forward to being rid of these unwanted trespassers and are comforted to know that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours of calling Quick Pest Control. An independent company that offered to place a trap and collect it frequently and indefinitely was the local option; they didn't even provide a survey to determine which pest we might hear! Quick Pest Control's services couldn't have been more dissimilar.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I had this frequent issue with mice, but since Perry came down and worked on it, I don't see any mice any more. It's been a couple months already that I haven't seen a mouse. Perry, the tech, was very friendly and professional. The overall experience was great, I couldn't be happier!

If you want to get rid of pests permanently, you should pick the company that is best at taking care of the problem for good. Excellent service! I thank Frans for co-ordinating the work and the excellent and friendly pest control man Elijah who successfully disposed of the rodents on his second visit. He also recommend a rat blocker which I have had installed and will prevent future infestation. Environ were able to carry out works even when I was not in the premises. Liam came to do the first of three moth treatments in my home. He was punctual, polite and extremely helpful in moving some heavy furniture so I could get behind it to vacuum (which he later put back exactly as it was). It was clear he was experienced in the work - he was very helpful and informative about the treatment and what would be most effective. I trusted that he would do a good and thorough job and was very pleased to get a link to about 20 photos he had taken of him treating my flat in all its nooks and crannies. I have another two treatments in a couple of weeks - I hope Liam returns and I hope to be able to give another 5 stars.
