I cannot recommend Saxon Pest Management highly enough! We first called Ahmed in an emergency situation and he earned himself a new contract with the service he provided on that first visit. He was thorough in his work and gave our staff advise on managing the situation and working to resolve it. It was refreshing to find someone who offered us such an attentive and personal service at a very reasonable price. We were with one of the big national companies prior but now all our shop contracts are with Ahmed and Saxon. After reading other evaluations of this Pest Control's offerings, I decided to use them. incredibly amiable and cooperative. They gave me a thorough explanation of the procedure while keeping in mind my situation. The team completed the fumigation and arrived on schedule. I'm pleased with the outcome. On the same day, Quick Pest Control arranged for the talented Mir to come see my elderly aunt and investigate the disturbing sounds coming from the roof of her cottage. He conducted a comprehensive and in-depth survey and found substantial damage and rat activity. He was comforting and gave extremely clear explanations. We look forward to being rid of these unwanted trespassers and are comforted to know that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours of calling Quick Pest Control. An independent company that offered to place a trap and collect it frequently and indefinitely was the local option; they didn't even provide a survey to determine which pest we might hear! Quick Pest Control's services couldn't have been more dissimilar.

One of my problems was a mouse that migrated into my apartment, leaving waste behind, and began to chew on my door frames.A technician from Quick Pest Control named Motasim came to the house to evaluate it and install workable defences. They also came back a few weeks later to verify sure the rodent had stopped acting, take out the gadget, and seal any openings that it may have left. They helped allay my worries and were courteous, professional, and willing to answer any questions. I wholeheartedly endorse them, and it makes sense why they have won so many awards. My balcony is now clean and pigeon free! No more cooing through the night. The back end of my wrap-around balcony was repeatedly covered with pigeon poop because the birds would perch around the outer perimeter and the hand rail. Pigeons had taken up residence in a roof drain opening that exited through the wall underneath my balcony. There is also a soil pipe along the adjacent wall (also below my balcony, laying horizontally) on which the pigeons were perching and using as a toilet, dirtying all the neighbours' windows below. Robert hooked me up with bird spikes along the problem areas and the soil pipe. He netted the drain to keep the birds from entering, but still allowing the water to drain. 3 days later, my balcony is still clean and it appears the pigeons have moved on to sleep elsewhere. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend them. Less expensive than I thought it would be. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Imagine my horror when I found mouse droppings in my kitchen. I am so glad I used Indigo as they are wonderful. This simply super young man called Luke visited. He knew exactly what to do, laid poison and three visits later the mice have gone. He was able to work out where they were coming in and blocked up their entrance. Luke was fantastic and his mother should be very proud of him. A lovely person and in my eyes his employer should be glad to have him representing his company. I can not recommend this company more highly.

I discovered a wasp nest on Friday evening, contacted Indigo at the weekend - received a prompt reply and by Tuesday afternoon (my choice of slot) everything had been sorted. The technician was on time, polite, friendly, informative and extremely efficient. He made sure that we (and our cat) were safe and left the site tidier than it was when he arrived. Extremely impressed and will definitely use Indigo again.

Had a rat fall into my enclosed basement garden and get trapped. Phoned them up after googling, the call handler explained the process and quoted a fair price. Incredible service from Joe and Ben ! We called many different pest companies to help us get rid of our pigeon problem. Simply the pest were by far the most professional, competent and reasonably priced. They built us a net on our rooftop to keep the pigeons out. I was so impressed by how well thought through it was and how good it looks!! They went above what was expected to make sure we were happy and nothing was too much trouble. I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt okay and knew about the processes and treatments they were doing. I ordered two heavy duty screen doors. Beaver Pest Control not only delivered a high quality product but also exceptional customer service. Mick Tierney carried out the initial assessment and managed my customer experience from start to finish. He was extremely professional and pleasant. He was also very understanding of my requirements. He kept in touch throughout and even called on the install day to check that all was going well. It was! Dave called me to arrange a day to fit the doors. He arrived yesterday (12/05) on time and was also professional and very pleasant. He did a great job (photos attached) and was very respectful of my home. I've had a lot of work carried out at my home by various companies. Some failed to deliver to the standard they promised which I find unacceptable and refuse to accept. I'm pleased to say Beaver Pest Control excelled. I rate them very highly.
