Mark is very helpful and will attend quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending Better Pest Control. He takes care and always gives good advice to homeowners. Mark has done various treatments for us including mice/rats, cockroaches and ants. We are proud to have Mark as one of our contractors.

There is not a better service than Mark. He was fantastic from start to finish and very thorough. He was able to make adjustments in terms of timings for me. I haven't had any activity at the house since he has come and he has given us a guarantee as well which is even more wonderful. We saw a mouse running around about 4 weeks ago, Mohammed came over put down some bait and provided us with an extensive report with all the holes. He came back and filled the holes today and we haven't seen anything since. Great service, very knowledgeable and very thorough! Would recommend him to anyone.

Mohammed was professional, on time and incredibly thorough (as one needs to be with eliminating rats!). He was also kind and made me feel comfortable when asking all sorts of questions. Finally, he was the only pest control that was available relatively last minute and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Mohammed responded to my enquiry super quickly and was round the same day. He quickly identified where the rats were getting in and recommended a drains survey (he can’t do this himself). He laid bait which got shot of the current rats and the drains survey subsequently showed the issue which we then had dealt with. He follows up after 3 weeks to check all was ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again (but hopefully won’t have to!!!)

Mohammed came promptly on time, was very polite and understanding. He was respectful and used gloves while working. Mohammed is a hardworking professional, checking places I could not have even thought of! He explained the behaviour of mice, which was very helpful and I saw positive results after the first visit.

Mark was able to come out at very short notice to sort our pigeon problem. They'd been roosting for quite some time before we moved into the property and had created quite the mess but Mark cleaned this all up and installed pigeon spikes on all potential pigeon spots for my peace of mind. We're very happy with his service and would highly recommend.

Mark fitted Pigeon guards to my flat roof house , replacing pigeon guards that had been poorly fitted by someone else only 6 months earlier. He arrived promptly on time, and provided a professional and friendly service. The work was completed very quickly and to a high standard. The pigeon guards even after a recent strong storm are in tact. Excellent workmanship and service.

Absolutely thrilled with the work completed by Mark and team today. My roof was an absolutely mess and now I can be proud of it. No pigeons harmed in the process and the mess was cleared from under the panels and from the gutters! They even threw in a bit of driveway cleaning too. Communication was brilliant and explanation of the process was delivered in detail. The service Gabriel offers is second to none in my opinion. He is thorough in his work, polite, respectful and also proactive in his communications. He also came back to the property voluntarily on multiple occasions to check on both his work and previous suppliers' work within and around the property over an extended period of time without costs increasing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gabriel, he's been fantastic.

Gabriel was absolutely amazing from the start to finish of his service. My sister and I were extremely distressed when we noticed mouse droppings throughout our rented flat after some time away, and after contacting Bon Accord, we had an appointment with Gabriel as soon as suited us. He detected the issues and set about resolving them with swift efficiency, enabling two mice to be caught in the next few days. He also noted other issues in the flat which he compiled into a report which was very valuable in showing my landlords. Further, Gabriel provided a follow-up visit and has been so helpful at answering our queries since the initial visit. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Bon Accord more and was extremely impressed with their professional and pleasant service!

Gabriel is a thorough professional in his trade. He promptly arrived within 24hrs of reaching out to him for a mouse sighting. He resolved the problem and visited after two weeks for a follow up. We did not note any issues post the first visit. Overall, I am very happy with the service and will recommend anyone to engage with them.

Sani is great. He is reliable and honest person and great professional. His price is absolutely affordable. His time keeping is exceptional. We had an issue with mice in some of the flats in our student accommodation and have been using Mr Sani’s services to treat the areas and get rid of the pests. I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. Having to consider anti pigeon netting for my small 4th floor balcony I was dreading the search for a reliable trader. I saw a Pest Piper van parked near me and decided to try them first. I was very pleased I did from the first contact when I was given a clear quote but was not put under pressure to make a decision.
