Beaver Pest Controller agent Darren has been so amazing , and extremely Helpful and efficient, very polite and professional. I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt okay and knew about the processes and treatments they were doing. Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. Needed professionals to come and sort a mouse problem in domestic house- found Dyno-Pest through Google search. Customer service great from the phone call booking to the technician. Mark came to sort problem- arrived on time. Very professional, explained everything to me and answered my questions. Kept everything clean. Excellent service and so far the pests have stayed away!

I had the best experience working with Stephen and Greenpest (despite the wasp infestation!). Stephen visited the premise within 24 hours of my call and was immediately able to identify the source and returned to take care of the "wasp problem" in a super quick turnaround time. Contacted GreenPest for an inspection report at our premises. There were no issues expected but it was good to get the sign off from a professional along with some recommendations for future proofing too. Stephen was an excellent communicator with good timekeeping. He was diligent (which you want from a pest control service) where so many previously have almost sleepwalked through the premises. He took the time to not only make recommendations of possible problem areas but also explain why they could become problematic and how to go about resolving them. Very happy with the service and will be working with him for any future inspections. Highly recommended.

I contacted greenpest in the morning and they responded quickly. They attended our house in St John’s Woods shortly after. The communication was great and recommendations clearly given.
