We engaged the services of Smart Pest Services to get rid of a rat that found a way into the house. The process was seamless from booking the appointment to the treatment process. I had a problem with squirrels in the loft, Smart Pest Control sent Ozzy to investigate the problem. Ozzy a nice friendly guy who investigated and plugged two holes. The squirrels still got in. I contacted the firm and they sent Ozzy, this time we found how they were getting in. He plugged the hole and there have been no squirrels now for 4 weeks.
