HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I cant thank enough Joe, the pest control officer for all that he did. I have mice problems and I am absolutely petrified, I reached out to my local council but they were beyond rubbish. Took me 4 months just to been seen but Joe made me his top priority and came out to do the job efficiently and quickly. Joe also reassured me that any problems I can contact him and he will be there asap!!! I also wanted to add that what Joe and his team do isnt just helping people with pest control issues, its beyond that. I have a phobia of rodents and my mental health started to deteriorate fast knowing I have mice in my flat. Joe has gone above and beyond to assure me the job is at the best standard. Its been 3 days and honestly I am starting to feel more confident. Joe offerd a 2 week follow up to see if there has been any activity that we dont know about. The level of professionalism and service is exceptional and Joe reassuring his clients they are in good hands is invaluable to one’s mental health. I cant recommend them enough and I will be sure to contact them again when moving out to another property. Thank you Joe :)

Excellent service at a reasonable price. We called and Joseph was with us within a few hours and it was a bank holiday. He was excellent and v helpful, and fixed our problem. Would highly recommend!

Joseph was very helpful and came in time to inspect the issue I reported and explained to me clearly of where the rat came from and the how the bat can kill the rat. Additionally, he also send the report to me for the communication with the landlord and agency. Highly recommend it!

Last night at around 11 p.m., I found a few maggots in the house. They looked like they were coming in from outside. I opened the door to find THOUSANDS of maggots marching their way towards the house. They had appeared from nowhere. I have handled maggots before but the scale of this was enormous and I really felt invaded. We called around and the only people who said they would come (by now it was midnight on a Saturday) was Joseph from Simply the Pest. He kept in contact to let us know the arrival time. He turned up with a colleague and said he'd never seen anything like it. He tried to find the source, cleared up the thousands of maggots (yeuk) and sprayed the area. He warned me that it might only be temporary but at least I could go to sleep. Joseph seems to have done the trick and there were none there this morning thankfully. I am SO grateful to Joseph and Simply the Pest for helping rather than saying there was nothing they could do like the other companies and for sorting out the problem so efficiently and effectively. 5* rating doesn't express my gratitude and I recommend the company wholeheartedly!
