5* experience from Nathan. We had a wasps nest that had formed quickly, and Nathan attended within 48 hours to assess and treat the problem. The service was fast, polite, and professional. When a family member recently had a problem with mice, there was no hesitation in calling Nathan again. He arranged an appointment and kept in contact throughout (even messaging when he was 30 minutes away). Upon arrival, the problem was identified, and treatment was put in place. We had rats living in our loft. Nathan was really quick, professional and responsive. He carried out multiple visits and since his last visit we haven't had any signs of rats.
