He was incredibly polite, helpful and knowledgeable across the entire time he was with us and quickly identified the location of a nest and explained to us the entry point for the wasps. He also took time to answer all of our questions so that we could understand the issue and how to resolve it. I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt okay and knew about the processes and treatments they were doing. They have great customer service as well and are very responsive and happy to answer any questions! The whole experience was way less stressful thanks to their team :)
