I lived in a poorly maintained rental accommodation where the landlord was extremely unhelpful and due to his poorly structured property I had two pest issues. My landlord provided me the number for London Pest Solutions as I had two rats in the property. This of course is distressing and at the time I did not think there was anyway I would get rid of them and if I did it would take a long time as when I was a child we had this issue and used a well known company that could not get rid of them quickly. I first met Alex when he came to take a look and literally within a week we didn't have the problem. I then incurred a second issue which was cockroaches which then breeder really quickly and were everywhere. Alex attended again and within a few days they all disappeared. I then recommended his services to family and friends and my mum used his services for red ants. I have now moved and kept his number and this morning I found drain moth larvae and as I did not know what it was I called Alex in the morning sent him the picture and he said he could be with me within a couple of hours. Alex is always professional and me being so frightened of any pests I will only ever rely on his services because he has always managed to get the job done and quickly. I would highly recommend his services to anyone experiencing this issue as it is the most distressing thing to have in your home and thanks to Alex i feel at ease as I have had the experience of his services before. He always prices reasonably and is the most polite person to come into your home. Will always use his services!

I called Alex after our first spray for bed bugs on 15 October from our housing association. We still had live bed bugs, Alex came on 25 October and sprayed our entire flat. Had Alex sort out a mice problem at home. He went beyond I was expecting to look around for holes and installing traps. Very cost effective too. Could not recommend him more.
