Professional and reliable service. These guys were extremely knowledgeable and attentive in helping us deal with a recent blue bottle fly infestation in our home. We had 1 visit within 24 hours of our call, where a full inspection of the property both in side and out was taken and effective treatment was placed straight away. Couldn’t recommend them anymore!

We found ourselves requiring the service of The Pied Piper after having noticed we had a visit from a few rats after a big building project. It was a very anxious time for us as we could hear constant scratching and scurrying in and around the walls and floor boards. They also investigated where the rats where accessing the house from and we was advised to repair and fill up holes that where left from the building work to stop further entry once the visits where complete. After the first visit we no longer heard any scurrying or scratching which left me confident that the professional team knew exactly where to target the problem. The other two appointments where completed timely and punctually as arranged originally, with the same level of professionalism.
