Really happy with the work Ramin did for me today. Right from my first point of contact, he was polite, professional and easy to communicate with. I received an estimated guide price dependant on what the issue was before his visit and was pleasantly surprised to find the repair was on the lower end of the scale. Excellent service from start to finish. Got a phone call telling me how to fix it rather than trying to upsell. When the fix didn’t work they supplied me with a new key complete with car logo on not just a cheap case all this was done in a couple of days & I Paid £25 for a new key and them swapping everything over really good value. What a top bloke this man is!!!! Genuinely a legend!!!! Due to some unforeseen hiccups he was unable to sort my issue out the first time around. He managed to come back and get me sorted, when a few others had failed.
