Rick and his team, absolutely brilliant response, I couldnt lock our only exit door when leaving the house this morning, the key wouldn't come out, he responded to my call just after 8am, he explained the problem, gave me the two options to fix and said he could get to me the same day, he rang about 40 mins ago to say that he could get here earlier, what a brilliant service, quick, speedy, responsive service. Immediate response after initial contact, with great communication throughout, up until and during next day attendance. (next day was my choice, but they would have come within the hour) Friendly and professional and even conscientious about cleaning up the very small amount mess, recognising we had dogs and they didn't want them to get anything in their paws.
