Neil helped us as our key was getting stuck in the lock and not moving (on the outside), so risking us getting locked out. Neil came out really quickly, and resolved the issue quickly and it hasn't re-occured. Thanks again for your help.

The locks on our composite and french doors were getting difficult to lock, so we called Neil in to take a look. The job was very fiddly and took some time but he managed to fix the locks by adjusting the mechanisms, saving us the cost of buying new doors. Great communication right from the beginning, Neil was very friendly, polite, prompt and was considerate of our property when fixing the locks. Highly recommend.

Our Barn door to the rear wouldn't open and we needed extra keys to the front door. Neil was very helpful, he had the keys cut, he was polite and quick to respond and even had a handle to hand to fix the door on the day.

Tony came initially to look at the runners on my patio door. He gave them a good clean, which improved things, but we decided to have them replaced. He returned today to fit the new runners and door is now running perfect, and adjusted the lock too. He also looked at and replaced a wobbly door handle for my mother in law whilst he was here. Radu was recommended to me by a friend, he was quick to respond to my message, correctly diagnosed the issue from my description and offered to come within half hour but it was late at night and would have disturbed the house. He arrived at the agreed time in the morning and quickly gained entry and replaced the broken mechanism at a very reasonable price. From arrival to replacing the lock was just over 30 minutes. This is something I didn't have the tools for nor the knowledge to do myself. He's very friendly, professional and I absolutely recommend him based on this experience.

I called this guy to try and sort a new key for my van and he was quick to answer and give a very reasonable price for the type of key I needed.
