Kyle arrived within 10 minutes of my phone call when the lock on my front door failed. He was knowledgeable and professional and quickly identified the problem repairing the lock leaving the door as ‘good as new’. I have no hesitation recommending him to others.

Insurance company 2 hour's for my insurance emergency service to attend from being locked out. Further 2 hour's to get in through another door. Total 11 days no access to the front door were the lock had failed. 6 days to attend to get an assessment for a quote as apparently wear and tear not covered. 5 further to be contacted. Could not wait any longer, for the quote to arrive - I contacted Kyle. Kyle 1 hour to attend and we had a new lock, a door that was realigned from emergency visit, that was fully operational. 100% recommend Kyle and should I ever need this service again, without hesitation I would contact Kyle. Professional and friendly service from start to finish. Thank you Kyle. Now have the quote and Kyle was substantially cheaper.

My door lock jammed and I couldn't get my key out of the door without it being in the locked position. Called Phill and he came out within a few hours. Advised the best solution and replaced the lock there and then with a high quality replacement. Very polite and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again

I would not hesitate in recommending Grahams services to anyone. I got in touch regards a very urgent job I needed sorting.He called down to look at what needed doing and gave me what I feel was a very reasonable quote! He then carried out the work for me the morning after (these were not broken locks but ones that needed upgrading). I am very happy with the standard of work carried out by him,and he clearly knew all there was to know about locks and security in general! On top of that he is a genuine,decent and friendly bloke. Took my Cousins car to be looked at because there was a starting issue with it (Vauxhall Astra). Fault found and cleared and clearly explained what the fault had been. Vehicle was checked over before being returned with an invoice which was considerably less than Vauxhall would have charged. Stephen came to fix my lock on my door and window today. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the issues promptly. He even gave the windows a good clean down after which is one less job for me to do! I'll be using Stephen again in the future.

Superb service- had to arrange a new key whilst I was abroad at 4pm on a Friday night to be able to drive home at 10pm. Jason was super helpful in identifying the issue with a broken window lock. He came prepared with a replacement handle which he installed in no time at all. He was also able to fix the front door which was not closing properly, something that I sprung upon him last minute and was more than happy to resolve. Would highly recommend his services!

Andy responded quickly to our message and arrived when he said he would on Sunday to try to fix our door. Due to age and trickiness (we have had a few people to tend to it over the years)he had to return today. He arrived at the time he said he would and persevered patiently with our tricky door, replacing the lock mechanism and working on the door so that it opens better now than when it was first fitted a good few years ago. He was polite, profressional and clearly had a lot of knowledge. I definitely recommend him.
