Kyle arrived within 10 minutes of my phone call when the lock on my front door failed. He was knowledgeable and professional and quickly identified the problem repairing the lock leaving the door as ‘good as new’. I have no hesitation recommending him to others.

Insurance company 2 hour's for my insurance emergency service to attend from being locked out. Further 2 hour's to get in through another door. Total 11 days no access to the front door were the lock had failed. 6 days to attend to get an assessment for a quote as apparently wear and tear not covered. 5 further to be contacted. Could not wait any longer, for the quote to arrive - I contacted Kyle. Kyle 1 hour to attend and we had a new lock, a door that was realigned from emergency visit, that was fully operational. 100% recommend Kyle and should I ever need this service again, without hesitation I would contact Kyle.
