Called Mark at 5pm monday evening after I had removed the old cylinder lock from the front but couldn't get the new one to fit. Then couldn't get the old lock back in either, so big problem! Mark talked me through a couple of options for free (!) but I still couldn't get either lock to fit, so Mark sent an engineer and it was all sorted within 2 hours. Excellent service! Thanks Mark.

I had an attempted break in on a works van and called Absolute locks the following morning for a high security lock replacement. The fitter was with us within 3 hours with the correct part and did an outstanding job. He was professional and efficient at carrying out the repair. Once he’d fitted a stainless steel plate over the damage and replaced the lock , the van looks and is way more secure. New decals the following day and it’s hardly noticeable. This is a number to keep for any future requirements .

Just excellent all round. I contacted Craig initially as I was struggling to lock my front door - having to force the handle up to lock it. Craig came around initially to assess what needed doing and made a temporary fix. He came back at a future date after he had got the part. It involved a lot of drilling and adjusting of the new gear box and door to make it fit snuggly, Craig took time and patience doing this working well into the evening before he had finished. I had an issue with my Hyundai i10 remote not working and initially thought it was a battery problem. Keymark Locksmiths have replaced the locks fitted in my new build after moving in. The locks supplied when I moved in to the property were only basic and now I have the highest level of lock security available on all my locks. I also asked the locksmith while he was here if there was anything to protect my French doors and he showed me the patlock which i went for too. I paid a fantastic price for my locks (much cheaper for the same product others were offering) and I genuinely don’t think you could beat the locksmiths workmanship, knowledge and experience. In regards to the extra patlock I purchased on the day - Keymark Locksmiths charged me less than I saw them available online for after the visit!

Amazing service. Our little boy was locked in his bedroom door and the mechanism in the door was shredded. Mark attended within 5mins at 8:00pm on a Wednesday night and had the door open and a replacement lock in place by 8:30pm. Andy responded quickly to our message and arrived when he said he would on Sunday to try to fix our door. Due to age and trickiness (we have had a few people to tend to it over the years)he had to return today. He arrived at the time he said he would and persevered patiently with our tricky door, replacing the lock mechanism and working on the door so that it opens better now than when it was first fitted a good few years ago. He was polite, profressional and clearly had a lot of knowledge. I definitely recommend him.
