Really pleased with the work Mark carried out on a faulty locking mechanism on our front door that was installed by another company. Called Mark at 5pm monday evening after I had removed the old cylinder lock from the front but couldn't get the new one to fit. Then couldn't get the old lock back in either, so big problem!
