Excellent service today with a composite door locking mechanism that wouldn’t engage. Andrew quickly diagnosed the fault , requiring a new central component which unfortunately wasn’t in stock. So he detached the required part from a full assembly that was in stock and fitted it to our mechanism. Whole process less than 20 minutes and a bill for 40 odd quid rather than £110 plus for the full item.
