They were here quickly, despite the call going to them at 8pm. The gentleman was extremely helpful and polite, fixing the problem quickly and efficiently. He even asked if there was anything else he could help with as I had paid for a full hour. Brilliant service, felt completely safe as a young female by myself and will definitely use them again.

Robert attended an emergency call out in a little over an hour on a Sunday afternoon. He was polite and worked through the problem methodically to find the fault. He was diligent whilst he worked and explained all problems and potential problems to me. He works extremely hard and received a number of calls whilst doing the repair work, so clearly a very busy guy. Great to know that professional help is on hand even on a Sunday evening. Highly recommended and would use again, emergency or otherwise.

Absolutely excellent service - we had a Saturday morning power outage and circuit problem - Nimrod came within an hour, isolated the problem and fixed it. I had a helpful "wiring for dummies" explanation of all that he found and will be using them to sort my garden lighting next.

The guy I spoke to couldn't assist in my emergency as the part I needed replacing was too old to be sourced late at night. However, he spent a good amount of time looking around for me to see if there was anything he could do before coming over and charging me a callout unnecessarily. There wasn't a solution so he didn't come but I'm really grateful he was decent and gave me his time on the phone to see what could be done. Quite rare to come across such selfless support with no financial gain. Fantastic service and I would highly recommend this company based on the response I got.

Nimrod did a great job embedded cabling in the wall of our hallway. He also moved light switches and prepared the walls and cornicing for our decorator. He was polite, efficient and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to use Nimrod and his team again.
