Rumen is good man and an exceptional auto electrician whose expertise and professionalism truly stand out. My Audi a3 had completely switched off while I was out with family- jump start, battery change couldn’t revive the car. I called Rumen and he arrived on a Sunday and fixed the car in an hour. On the same day however the car presented a different problem for which he rearrived promptly. He identified the issue, ordered the part and repaired it on the day the part was received. He even offered me lift back to my home when I left the car for repair. Rumen combines technical knowledge with a genuine willingness to help, taking the time to explain the problem and repair options in a way that’s easy to understand. I searched online for local auto electricians. Came across A1 and I’m certainly glad I called upon them!. Not only was the gentleman polite, friendly and professional, but he managed to rectify a very complex electrical issue in my boss’ Jaguar XJ 1996 Sport! He was informative throughout the diagnostic process, quoting me accurately before the job begun! He fully stripped back the interior in order to source a ‘short’ in the wiring circuit. Not only was it found, it was repaired to the highest of standards and I was thrilled to see the interior lights all work correctly again!. The work was done on time, in a professional manner, and Billy found a way around all the obstacles that came our way as our kitchen is particularly awkward with regards to its layout. I recently referred Dan Evans of Big Green Electrical to a key contact. Dan was brought in to install some spotlights in the hallway of a flat. It was not a straightforward job as access above the ceiling was severely restricted. In particular, a large water tank sat directly above a key area of the ceiling that needed spotlights. Dan arrived on time, presented professionally. He took time to listen carefully to the customer’s requirements and made some key recommendations based on his experience to ensure that the finished result was optimum. Once the brief was agreed, Dan worked efficiently and tirelessly without stopping for even a five minute break to get the job done. He completed the job ahead of time and ensured that the customer was satisfied that she had got the ‘wow’ factor in her hallway, which she had – it looked fantastic.

Daniel and the Big Green Electrical Company have been outstanding. When I was planning and building my new house I really wanted to work with a solar provider that would work with me to understand my wider electrical requirements and design a solar system to match. Working with Daniel he designed a system to utilise the maximum amount of roof space on the house with 25 solar panels using an in roof GSE tray system for a neat look. This also saved money on roof tiles! It uses a Solaredge 8 KW 3 phase hybrid inverter with DC coupled battery storage and a home backup system that keeps the house running even in a grid loss. The system is making ample solar and has already generated over £800 (2.2 MW) in 2 months which has take a massive bite out of the electrical cost of running a large new build property complete with heat pumps, car chargers, batter Nothing has been too much trouble and he has helped with advice and guidance around other electrical elements of the house, working closely with the main contractor and electricians to ensure everything worked well together. Following the completion of the install he has been diligent with all the certificates, paperwork, handover pack and also helped deal with the DNO when they have been less than helpful. Kitchen double socket with RCD fitted. I highly recommend Fraser at Thor Electrical Services. He is an extremely pleasant person and explained everything he was doing in a way I could understand. It was a pleasure to have him carry out work in my home. He carefully carried out the work in less time than I expected and his pricing was very good. Install fan heater in bathroom. Power supplied via upstairs socket fitted with RCD & fused spur. Fraser probably didn't expect to become a removals person in order to access the above socket. It was no trouble, very obliging. Very polite. Safety conscious, talked me through what needed doing & any further advice given. Very tidy. Also inspected current underfloor heating.

Fraser and Marco are professionals at what they do. We first had a EICR safety check carried out at a property in which we took the advice Fraser provided us with to replace some under lighting in the kitchen with new LED strip lights which look fantastic. We also had bathroom fan extractors replaced which now work and perform brilliantly. Subsequently during that time Fraser conducted an investigation in our loft extension to find and resolve the electrical issue we had and it is now safe to use! Fraser squeezed us into his already busy day as we were desperate and he quickly managed to sort out the problem with our electric boiler and restored our heating and hot water again after 6 days without. Having just downsized I was anxious for an electrician to complete several tasks at my new home.
