Thank you for giving my Dad his smile back. He fell down the stairs and knocked 2 crowns out and Peter was able to add 2 new ones to his top denture. Peter was professional at all times and managed to add them in a timely manner. Dad was cared for in an informed and caring way and we can't thank him enough.We would highly recommend Peter and his staff for making Dad feel at ease and for their excellent service throughout.

I cannot praise Peter and his team enough. I had left sorting my teeth out until it was absolutely necessary, having had a bad dental experience in the past. I chose Peter because his reviews were excellent, I fell on my feet. The whole experience was explained clearly to me so no surprises. The resulting dentures are amazing. I have my life back - my advice to people is just do it!!

Having viewed reviews on Clinical Denture Centre Ltd I decided to pay them a visit, and, I am so glad that I did. The advice, the treatment received and the fantastic outcome, being, that I can smile with confidence, bite and chew with confidence and heap praise for the Centre with confidence. After having impacted wisdom teeth removal on both sides, top and bottom I was left needing partial dentures. I had 2 different plates made elsewhere and the fit and discomfort was so awful I gave up wearing them. I am so pleased I found Pete as the top ones were perfect straight away and a couple of adjustments on the bottom due to my odd jaw shape and bite which he sorted quickly. After only 4weeks they are so comfortable I don't know I'm wearing them and can eat normally. I can't recommend Pete and his lovely ladies highly enough, he's a true craftsman and a bit of a magician in my case.

Having had a bad experience of new partial dentures being made at my dentist of over 20 years that were ill fitting , I was given the number of The Clinical Denture Centre Deal , and Iām so glad I was . From the 1st moment I walked in for a consultation , I was made to feel totally at ease . Peter listened to everything that I explained of the experience and problems that Iād had . He thoroughly explained all my options And we decided to go ahead with my new partial dentures Peter gave me my confidence back , that I had lost through all the previous problems that I had encountered I picked up new partial dentures yesterday and i am over the moon with them . Itās early days , but Peter reassured me , that any slight problems , to pop in and they will be corrected . Peter and his staff are consummate professionals , and I canāt rate them highly enough . I love it that I always have an E-mail reminder for my visits. The receptionist today was happy and singing a song quietly to herself which I found relaxing. Victoria my dentist is so pleasant and efficient , again I feel relaxed and confident in her hands.

I have now had to have several emergency appointments over the years and I am always amazed at how they have managed to get me sorted and pain free very quickly. My husband was so very grateful to have been seen today, not once but twice. First appt was 8.50 to assess a broken tooth and then asked to return at 11am to rebuild the broken tooth. I have suffered with major anxiety and fear of dentists since I was very young. However, I had a bad tooth that I had to get looked at and I was recommended Pennypot Deal. I can honestly say this is such a lovely surgery, all the staff I encountered are kind, caring and helpful. I had to have a tooth removed which I've never had done awake (only under sedation) and they talked everything through with me, held my hand and made it as easy as possible for me to cope with it. The two dentists who did my procedure are superb and I really felt looked after. Highly recommended.

My denture broke while working in London. Could find no one to help me. On my return home I contacted The Deal Clinic who I had used before. The reception lady was extremely helpful and fitted me in the next day. On arrival it was obvious they had very strict Covid rules and both Mr Pond and the reception lady (sorry didn't catch her name) were extremely pleasant and professional and dealt with my problem efficiently. Thank you so much for your kindness and for making it an excellent experience.

Collected and had my new denture fitted last Tuesday the 25/06/24 . Wow! I am so Pleased with it. I'm not supprised how well it fitted with all the impressions Cameron took and how much attention he took ensuring the fit was right. I have had four detures in the past with only ever having one inprtession each fit. I would suggest to others, let Cameoen and his company's make your a denture if you want the best with exspert care and attention. I've been wearing it for five days so far and was advised I could possible feel some discomfort, so far not so, in fact I don't know I've got it in most of the time. Briiliant. Thank you Cameren and Dedra at the Deal Clinic.

Excellent emergency service to repair a bridge (front tooth). Receptionist was pleasant and made me feel like the practice would make it a priority to fix the bridge - and they did. The dentist and her assistant were wonderful and put me at ease. And the cost was very reasonable.

SO pleased with the service that I've received here since joining the practice in May this year. Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the moment you walk in to reception and the staff there, the dental Nurses and my Dentist, Marilena, has been superb! She had explained enduring very clearly and i had a written care plan so i could refer back to next steps. I've had quite a lot of work done over the last few months, which culminated today in having my new denture fitted. I was also amazed that these could be made without the need for impressions to be taken, due to their high tech scanning equipment. I cannot recommend highly enough!!

We have recently joined this dentist, my 2 year old daughter was seen by Nikolla. He was so good with her, he made her first dentist appointment fun and spoke to her about brushing her teeth everyday. He was so kind and joked with my little girl while doing the whole āopen wideā part. She was so compliant because of his approach to her. I was seen by Marilena for a check up and 2 appointments for treatment. Being a very nervous patient, Marilena was so patient and gentle. She explained everything that she was doing and went at my pace. Having been sedated many times for treatment, it was so nice to finally find a dentist who understood my anxiety and put me completely at ease. I really felt listened to. Reception staff have always been lovely on our visits, going to the extra effort to look at some dentist activity books with my daughter while we were waiting. We have been very happy with our 4 visits over the last month.

My experience was amazing. On my first meeting with Mohammed he was easy to talk to and he explained the procedure thoroughly. We were recommended Bute House Dental Surgery by the people that we bought our house from. They are extremely efficient and very good to deal with from registration to our first check up. I recently changed dentists and I'm very happy that I chose Bute House. My initial check up was very thorough and the dentist took time to walk me through the x-ray results and to discuss possible treatment going forward. I also had a hygenist appointment which was also very thorough and painless. The payment plan is a great bonus as it means I can make regular small payments every month instead of having to fork out big sums several times a year. The reception staff and dental nurses are all very friendly, helpful and professional and so I'm more than happy to recommend this practice as my experience so far has been excellent.

Been with this surgery for many years. Love that it is now clean and well run with lovely receptionists. However whilst in there yesterday the music was so mournful. I felt like i was in a crematorium. Not suggesting rave music but maybe and upgrade. Mr Dyson fab dentist too. Have a good day everyone.
