Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. The mechanic was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and was able to repair my exhaust without the need for any new parts. The work was done while I popped into Reigate for a coffee. The cost was also much less than I was expecting. I cannot recommend Mr Exhaust highly enough.

The sentence "cannot recommend this place enough" is too poor to describe this establishment! A mounting bracket on the back of my exhaust snapped off due to age, absolutely no one around my area wanted to deal with it and the best I heard was "get a new NOX catalytic converter", yeah right, astronomical amount of money for a new one when the old one is fully functional... after some extensive searching, called Mr Exhaust and got setup an appointment straight away with a promise that they would absolutely look into it and help me out. Once arrived and over an hour later the guys had come up with a plan and executed it! Tidied up the area and the heat shields too. Lots of nice places to visit while work is being carried out, or just chill out in the reception with free drinks such as hot chocolate, coffee or tea. Also had the opportunity to have breakfast as the local bakery drove round at about 1pm. The guys were very professional and extremely friendly and I felt like I was talking to a friend. Price was very good too for such exceptional work! Got a few goodies too, what a fantastic place, if ever in need, I shall absolutely be coming back and recommending to everyone. Thanks!

Just before Christmas and following visiting 5 different local garages saying they couldn't fix my exhaust, as they couldn't get the part, I contacted George - Mr Exhaust, he said he said he knew what to do. I dropped my car first thing in the morning, by 3pm he contacted, where I was waiting for him to say... 'sorry, couldn't fix it' but no, he was ringing to say that it was ready to collect. As I wasn't able to collect it on the same day, he kindly said he would lock the car in the garage and I could collect the next day. George was really friendly and even took time to show me the work that he did and explained why other garages could not resolve my exhaust issue. Thank you George, you really saved Christmas!

Top job from Mr exhaust on my 118d dpf flex joint replacement, old one had failed and was cut out. A replacement stainless steel over braided bellows welded in place and tested all within 2 hours.

The rear exhaust box on my Honda Jazz almost fell off. I was recommended to Mr. Exhaust by my usual garage, as they told me that it would be quicker and cheaper than to wait for them to fit me in. I called, and was told to come straight over. They removed the exhaust box , reassured me that it was safe to drive , and gave me an appointment to fit the replacement. Excellent service, replaced only the part that was necessary, at a very reasonable price. I cannot fault them,and would not hesitate to recommend their service .
