I emailed Darren yesterday evening, I received a prompt reply and he was open nice and early for me to drop my car and still walk to work on time. He got the car done the same day , such a nice efficient service. I always suffer anxiety when it comes to cars being a female but he put me at ease . When it was suspected that the alternator had gone on our car on Friday morning. I was recommended by citroen to speak to Darren because they couldn't get me in until mid September. I really needed my car back for work on the Tuesday. I didn't believe this was possible with it being school holidays etc and I'm sure everyone has urgent reasons to need their cars back fast. Darren listened and did everything he said he would and we had the car back Tuesday first thing, he even offered late Monday evening. I was so impressed. The car is driving perfectly and my faith is restored in garages. Thank you Darren!
