I cannot recommend Field’s highly enough. They replaced a clutch on my car and did some other work last week and were friendly, knowledgeable and called me up during the day to discuss some potential things they found and gave me clear guidance and their opinion. They updated me during the day and when I collected it the next day, they had cleaned it! I felt they were good value for money and I would recommend and will use again

The best, friendliest, most honest and cost effective car garage. I have been using them for years, and they exceed my expectations every time. My car was in for its MOT, and when I collected it, it had also been fully cleaned inside and out, to my surprise. I was utterly grateful, but I had not expected it. They go above and beyond in every aspect of their service, and genuinely care about their customers. They are cost effective, and utterly dependable.

Field Motors provide a great service from start to finish. Their staff are so helpful and friendly which makes it a pleasure to deal with the company. The work is always completed to a very high standard and I feel safe collecting my car from them. I could not recommend them more highly.

Cant recommend this place enough! Havent had my car long but had to get towed to MOT City by the breakdown service. Everyone was really nice on arrival and very helpful. I was told due to the amount of cars in it might not be until next week, but i got a call less than 24 hours later telling me the issues and the cost. Chloe was amazing and could feel my pain but made me feel better about the work needed and cant thank her enough! Kerry at reception was lovely as well and really helpful throughout, hopefully they never see me again but if needed i will be heading back there!

I've always used "cheap" garages. MOT City is not a cheap garage, but that's not to say overcharge either. They are courteous, professional and clear about their service. The car gets done on time and they call you throughout if anything changes. They give you an itemised invoice where you can see the labour per hour cost, which is reasonable. Use them if you are short on time, want to get something done in a reliable manner and to avoid traipsing all over Reading for cheaper garages looking to save a quick buck.

I had my clutch replaced with MOT City and I can’t say enough good things about them. Very polite and friendly on the phone when booking in. Kept in regular communication throughout the process. And took no time at all to get fixed. Would highly recommend

I can't recommend this garage highly enough! I found myself in a bind with a faulty thermostat just before heading to work, and they came through for me. The staff (specifically Sean) was incredibly friendly and accommodating, fitting me in at the last minute later that day. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had it sorted in no time. From the moment Chelsea took my phone call, I immediately relaxed. I was so worried about being ripped off, and she put me at ease and was able to fit me in the next day. However, having dropped my car off on the same day, the garage actually completed the work on the same day. I believe they were reasonable and I was really happy with the service I received.

I called Approved to ask if they’d take a look at my car re’ a knocking noise. They said I could bring it straight to them. Shortly after leaving the car I received a text to say they’d found a broken coil spring and gave a very reasonable quote to replace. I received a text when the work was done. All done in one day for a good price and with great comms. Would use again.

Called me to keep me informed of progress whilst the car was left with them, also very honest and reduced the initial quote once he had the car on the ramp and could see what was causing the issue the front suspension.
