We hired lots of Ella’s items to bring our wedding vision to life and also asked her to coordinate our day at Grittenham Barn. We always say it’s the best money we spent, she set various items up for us, most notably the ceremony area, took a lovely video of everything that I cherish. We weren’t sure our venue would coordinate and didn’t think our best men and bridesmaids would do it so using Ella was just dreamy. She made everything perfect.

We booked Ella for both decor and on-the-day coordination at our wedding at Northbrook Park and we could not have been happier! She was absolutely brilliant through the whole process, accommodating our ever-changing ideas and helping us to source a few things that she didn’t stock. We met at her studio to choose decor and she really helped us to imagine how it might look on the day, making really good suggestions aligned to our style preferences. In the last few weeks before the wedding we met at the venue to do a full run-through of the day, which really helped to bring it to life in our minds. It was one of our favourite parts of the planning process. On the day, Ella did an amazing job of setting everything up so beautifully (I can’t believe she can do so much on her own!), remembering every tiny detail and making some last minute decisions where needed. The day ran so smoothly and that is entirely down to Ella’s organisation. She was on top of everything, keeping the day to schedule and letting us relax and enjoy it. We initially thought that we’d be able to manage without a coordinator but looking back we don’t know what we’d have done without Ella; we cannot recommend booking her enough.

Mirage organised a fantastic triple 21st birthday party for us. They were very professional from initial planning, six month prior, through to post party clear up. Their experience and attention to detail was invaluable. The combination of a great venue, delicious food, a fab DJ, and those professional cocktail barmen made the party very special indeed!

"Best 18th ever!!" Mirage were superb. They organised an amazing nightclub in our garden which exceeded all expectations. Everyone is still talking about it weeks later. The marquee was unbelievable; just stunning, the food was excellent, cocktails delicious (Woo Woo is everyone's new favourite cocktail, even the boys!), the staff were so nice and DJ Scott kept the dance floor full the whole evening. Faultless organisation from start to finish and birthday girl is left with amazing memories of an unforgettable night. She is still smiling! Thank you so much, Mirage.

Mirage Parties just organised and planned our wedding day. Julia and Christian were the dream team at the helm, innovating while paying attention to every little detail. With 160 guests, and three tents for ceremony, dinner and dance respectively, it was no easy feat. They kept the flow of people moving, but also keeping smiles on faces, not just of us, but of every single guest! Would recommend in a heartbeat.

We have just had the best party ever with Mirage - "legendary" and "magical" are two words our friends have used frequently. I would highly recommend Julia, Christian, Alex and the team to anyone as they are so professional and thoughtful, which is a great combination. Memories to last forever and well worth it...!

I wish I could find the words to explain how epic the Secret Singing Waiters were! Everyone at the wedding was so confused at first, but as soon as they got that conga line going there was no stopping them! The performers voices were gorgeous, and absolutely made the wedding for us. It was the best surprise, and we feel so lucky that we had them! Our wedding was on a Sunday, and hand on heart I would recommend to everyone doing a Sunday! Most people will likely leave half way through the night because they'll have work the next day, so this was the best way to have a party with everyone together. I cannot recommend Singing Waiters enough, the team who we spoke with before were so friendly, and as we wanted a bit of a surprise ourselves, worked directly with the venue. Thank you all so much! We had Glitz and Glamour Events' star tent at our wedding, and it looked absolutely fabulous! It made a big impact and was such a great addition to our day. Terry and Susan were amazing—communication before the event was great, they were super helpful with any queries and with setting everything up in good time. The setup and takedown were seamless. The star tent complemented our tables and decor perfectly, especially when it was lit up in the evening. We had 2 Boho tents from Glitz and Glam Events. Our guests had never seen anything so beautiful. The tents created the most fabulous atmosphere for our party. I hired a 16 foot dome for my wife’s Bridgerton-inspired garden dinner party. On a rare sunny summer’s day the dome sparkled, providing an ethereal backdrop to set off the party in style. At night, lights brought the dome to life and created a really unique English summertime ambience. Susan helped me plan my entire event and I recommend a quick phone call as she was so helpful with all the little touches, balloons, lighting, private chef, table & seating etc. I recommend hiring the dome for 2 nights, as it was excellent value for money! Susan a was a joy to work with as she took all the pressure off of planning and delivered exactly what was promised. A truly unique experience.

What can I say except 'We could not have done it without Helen'!! When arranging our wedding ourselves (a garden party on our friends farm) I really needed someone the take charge of the day and Helen did not disappoint. From the beginning she was responsive, helped me find suppliers and provided invaluable advice! The day itself was a dream, EVERYTHING was looked after from decorations, keeping the bar stocked, serving drinks and food and just making sure everything ran smoothly! We had the best day. We booked Events by Helen to be our bar team for our wedding, and they were absolutely amazing! Kasia and her team went above and beyond, doing so much more than just serving drinks—they really looked after us and our guests. Helen had assured us beforehand that we’d be in great hands, and she was 100% right. Communication before the day was excellent, and Helen was super helpful with any queries we had, putting us totally at ease—nothing was too much trouble. The team were friendly, personable, and made sure everything ran smoothly, taking away any stress. They even helped clear everything up, cut the cake, and continued to restock it throughout the evening. The team also embraced our theme by wearing their fabulous hot pink aprons, which added such a fun touch. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Events by Helen! We hired Helen for our on the day coordinator for our wedding and could not have made a better decision! From the initial site visit, we could tell Helen was competent and experienced from the questions she was asking and she helped us think of things we wouldn't have otherwise. She coordinated all of the glass hire which was so helpful, and also brought lots of things for use at the wedding which helped both logistically and financially, like all of the water jugs for the tables. On the day, Helen and her staff worked extremely hard and followed all my sometimes detailed, sometimes vague, instructions. They did everything from reception drinks, lighting candles, replenishing bottles on tables, cutting and distributing cake, running the evening bar, dealing with toilet emergencies (!), coordinating with the band, and most importantly cleaning up, really well. She even made sure my and my husband's waters were always topped up and we got the cake flavour we wanted! Where she had to take initiative due to vague instructions, she did easily with no fuss, and the whole day ran very smoothly thanks to her. We also had her help for the brunch the next day where she was an absolute godsend, setting up a brunch for 50 people with just one other person. We genuinely would have struggled without her on both days. Our guests also specifically commented on how great the staff were. I highly, highly recommend to any brides (or anyone running an event) looking for help in the lead up or especially on the day of the wedding. I didn't think I needed anyone initially, and I was wrong! Hire Helen!

These guys are amazing! We just had Helen and her team at our wedding last weekend. In the run up Helen was so helpful and we had great communication. On the day, the team were so friendly and so helpful, we couldn’t fault them in the slightest. Everything ran perfectly smoothly, speaking to our guests during and after the wedding, we have had so many compliments saying it was the most well organised wedding they’d been to and that Helen’s crew were so lovely and generally just the best! They worked brilliantly with our caterer, I don’t think you’d know they were actually separate companies. They were happy to put out our snacks during the drinks reception and our evening buffet we had organised the evening before, which meant the whole wedding party could actually relax and enjoy the party. Helen was happy to order in some specific alcohol I knew us and the guests would like to drink. If I was ever planning an event I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone. We booked the Old Rectory Estate almost 2 years ago for our wedding. It was the only venue that we viewed and we fell in love with it. The estate, gardens and marquee are stunning and we’re so glad that we found such a magical place to get married. We had an unforgettable and amazing day, as did all of our friends and family. What a venue! As a guest of a wedding yesterday, you cannot ask for a more picturesque setting with well manicured, beautiful gardens, all whilst feeling homely and not intimidating to feel comfortable! Huge thanks to the owner Tony for chatting to us and telling us about the property as well as the catering team who were friendly, welcoming and attentive. I have now personally worked with Party Doctors 4 times both within a corporate and private sense, with one event already booked next year. To say Raj and Dom go above and beyond would be an understatement, I have yet to witness anything that these two gentleman cannot achieve (even from some of our wildest concepts!). They hold your hand through the entire planning process giving you breakdowns on cost throughout to help you stick to your intended budget, the system they use actually allows you to visually see how the concept will look within the space you are using. They worked tirelessly for us for our first expo this year becoming experts about our brand and what we do, the stand that they created actually drew in such a crowd that we struggled to keep up with the sheer amount of customers! Thankfully that was no problem to them and their team who immediately stepped in to offer information about who we are and what we do to keep clients entertained. Their staff are absolutely brilliant and they have a very close team, a special shout out to Tristan who we personally request for our events who is another person always willing to step up when things get stressful. Overall, I cannot recommend Party Doctors enough would not ever want to work with anyone else as it would simply be subpar.

We used Party Doctors to help us with a joint 18th birthday party for our daughter and her two friends. They were fantastic. From the first enquiry to the event itself they were honest, helpful, accommodating, trustworthy, professional and reliable. We had 250 guests of varying ages and Party Doctors literally created a night club in our garden. Everything from the marquee, indoor and outdoor lighting, DJ, bar, bar staff, food, toilets and security they arranged for us which took away the stress and allowed us to really enjoy the evening with our guests. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them - they honestly are all a pleasure to work with and know how to throw an unforgettable party !

Our company has worked with Party Drs on several occasions. They are a joy to work with, creative, professional and patient. Nothing seems too much to handle, and they understood our brand and requirements very quickly, carrying this through each event. The staff themselves are great, both friendly and humourous whilst maintaining professionalism. Our recent even was a large exhibition which they took care of from start to finish. From designing our stand to completing all the paperwork and formalities with the venue. Raj and Dom took great care in making sure our stand was ready and even took over aspects that were not in their remit to ensure it met our standards. Raj, Dom and their staff took very good care of our company and customers. When our stand was extremely busy, they took the initiative to mingle with the crowd, offer drinks so our guests were not left hanging around empty handed. Even "off the clock" they assisted in arranging transport home for our stranded customers. This was just a typical example of the lengths they will go to to ensure the event is a success for their customer. We have not hesitated to book again for next year.

After months of searching for someone that shared the same vision and budget we had, we stumbled upon Rita. She did the decorations for our Church venue and left us nothing but speechless. We had one initial consultation where we laid out exactly what we were after, Rita was more than happy to take on the challenge – her can do attitude put us at ease immediately. Rita was vivacious and professional and understood the elegancy we wanted in the décor. The first time we saw her work was on the big day – she did not disappoint. The arch was by far our favourite and exceeded our expectations from the picture we showed her. Rita comes highly recommended for décor and flower arrangements – great service and superb work, a 5 star from us.

From the initial venue tour to the big day, our experience was beyond our wildest dreams! Susan, Faye, and the entire team were incredibly attentive from the very start. We have always adored the countryside around Woldingham, so we were thrilled to discover that they hosted weddings. The building was exquisite, and the grounds were absolutely stunning. We still beam with joy when we think about our wedding day. Everything was set up perfectly, and all our guests felt relaxed and at home. Many of them told us it was the best wedding food they had ever tasted, and we wholeheartedly agree! The photos truly speak for themselves, but we genuinely had the most perfect day. I can’t recommend Marden Park Mansion enough. The team is so friendly and hands-on and went out of their way to make my day perfect. I planned my wedding from Asia and all communication was thorough, personal and fast. It was stress free having all the catering part of the venue, with a great range of options, delicious food and fantastic service. The biggest selling point for us was the space itself. Set inside a beautiful old manor house with lots of character with large gardens for beautiful photos. The venue is perfect for all weathers, despite getting married in July we did have rain, but with Marden Park Mansion, there are so many different areas from the drinks reception room, to the large wedding breakfast room and then a separate room for dancing and another room for the bar with sofas. There were no delays in needing to empty the room and have the musicians set up, waiting around outside, we could seamlessly move from the wedding breakfast straight onto the dancefloor, with the band ready to go! The whole evening ran perfectly and there was so much space for everyone to dance, eat, sit and talk without all being stuck in the same one room all day long. It was perfect!
