Arens & Heriot provided the catering for my wedding. Richard was amazing to deal with, very accommodating with choices we had for the day. They were able to provide us with food tasting prior to the event and the prices are very reasonable. On the day the waiting staff were phenomenal. The dining room was set up perfectly and the food was perfect. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I had a very short turnaround time to arrange catering for a work event. Richard was communicative, answered all of my questions and was absolutely fantastic to deal with. Attendees of the event praised the food, the service and the staff and all had a wonderful experience. Arens & Heriot are phenomenal and we will definitely use them again in future.

Exceptional food and service. We used Arens & Heriot for a 50th Anniversary evening for our sports club and it was professional, high-quality and not to be faulted from start to finish. Hosting 60 guests, many unprompted remarked how good the food was. Arens & Heriot had stepped in at the last moment after our previously arranged caterer realised they couldn't work with our kitchen as the oven was not usable. Richard not only responded promptly to our initial inquiry, but gave very clear guidance as to what was possible given our constraints. We ended up going with their custom hot buffet, specifically steak forestiere, salmon teriyaki and a (vegetarian) lasagne. On the day Richard & Matthew arrived before I (the organiser!) got to the venue and quickly and with minimum of fuss set out cutlery & crockery and the food ready just as speeches finished. It was a feast not only to behold with a mix of colours and visual appeal but also tasted excellent. All enjoyed, many went back for seconds as the portions were generous; nobody was left even a little bit hungry. Dessert too was very good and also garnered comments about how nice it was - especially the apple & strawberry crumble with hot custard which was exactly what we needed on a cold night. We went for a non-service option, relying on the members of the club to help, but the team helped the process along efficiently behind the scenes and cleared up so we could prep the dance floor for the later evening. I consider ourselves very lucky to have been able to have Arens & Heriot cater for this very special event of ours, and would unreservedly recommend. Now we just need to find an excuse to use them again ...

Arens & Heriot catered for my birthday celebration and the food was absolutely delicious. I opted for the self-service hot fork buffet and it was fantastic value for money - the quantity and quality of the food was just spot on and very generous. My friends and family all commented on how good it was. Richard was great to deal with and was very accommodating. If I ever need catering services again, then I’d be sure to use Arens & Heriot, I couldn’t fault the food / service!
