I wrote Rebecca a personal testimonial to thank her for her help with our wedding, yet I have not expressed my thanks to her in public. A year after our wedding, we received a very thoughtful gift from Rebecca to wish us a happy Anniversary. This is such a previous personal bond that we have formed from the event of my wedding. I cherish this relationship with Rebecca and now want to praise her, for all the happy memories she helped to create on our wedding day are still so vividly in my mind. We reached out to Rebecca based on a recommendation from 10-11 Carlton House Terrace, as we planned our wedding at the British Academy. Initially, we thought we could handle the planning ourselves with some occasional help, but looking back, we are incredibly grateful that Rebecca took the helm. Having her lead our wedding planning was the best decision we made. From our very first conversation, it was clear that Rebecca is a true professional who treats her work with respect and dedication. She insisted on being with us from the start of our journey, ensuring that every detail was carefully considered. Rebecca's meticulous proposal and thoughtful questionnaire made us realize that she cared about our wedding even more than we knew how to. Throughout the process, Rebecca's communication was exceptional. She was a joy to correspond with, always clear, organized, and very very cheerful. She welcomed our feedback and spontaneous ideas, no matter how last-minute they were. Her ability to adapt and incorporate new concepts, like our 'year of love' theme and personalized poetry in our invites, was truly impressive. Rebecca also provided us with a range of top-notch suppliers, saving us countless hours of research and ensuring we had the best options available. Her negotiations and attention to detail were clear indications that she was always looking out for our best interests. Even when we felt overwhelmed because of the complexity of the logistics, Rebecca remained so patient and supportive. We felt encouraged. On the day of our wedding, Rebecca's presence gave us complete peace of mind. She orchestrated everything flawlessly, ensuring that every aspect of the day was perfect. From organizing the setup to guiding our guests, she made sure everything ran smoothly. The transformation of the venue was magical, and she brought our romantic vision to life. This lady did not rest any minute as she had to make sure every stage follows the next, collecting wandering guests and making sure her bride and groom are all looked after. Even when the midnight has come and the feast has ended, Rebecca was the last one to leave the venue. She was busy packing all our gifts and even leaving us with a personal, heartwarming gift. Rebecca made our dream wedding come true. We think of the day and feel this life is worth living. Our beautiful big day was only possible with Rebecca's dedicated work that lasted days and nights, weeks and months. Rebecca demonstrated professionalism, resourcefulness, and endearing personality made her not just an incredible wedding planner, but a truly wonderful person to work with. We cannot recommend Rebecca highly enough. She made our wedding day the most special and unforgettable day of our lives. We cannot say enough good things about Rebecca, not only is she an absolutely fantastic wedding planner, she is a delight to be around! Little did Rebecca know when she took us on in 2019 she would end up planning three weddings for us (!), first the one that didn't happen due to COVID, then a small intimate wedding with a couple of friends during the pandemic, and finally a big celebration this year. Every detail was beautiful, she is so creative, organised, warm and professional. Nothing was too much trouble - she coordinated the most beautiful flowers and venue as well as creative extras like gift bags and a creche for children, coffee and mimosa bars - even luggage tag favours / place-cards. Sadly some beloved family could not make it at the last minute, and she helped me sort a projector for a speech recording which was so special. Above all, on the day she made everything run so smoothly that we could just relax and have a great time. It says quite a lot that when we gave thanks to our family and guests, we gave a shout out to Rebecca and everyone cheered despite them having only met her that day! Do yourself a favour if you are planning a wedding, hire Rebecca!

I would highly recommend a thousand times! Mercedes decorated our wedding on the 27th July and did the upmost amazing job ever. The amount of times I changed things leading up to the wedding and she was so patient and understanding. The decor was exactly how I imagined it and had so many compliments from our guests. Hopefully we can use her again one day, we are planning a 1 year anniversary party!

Planning a wedding is very overwhelming, there are so many things to consider. 4YaParty is the only business you should consider for wedding/event decoration and styling. I’m still lost for words and it’s been over a week. The attention to detail, care and consideration that is given is beyond anything I could have imagined. There comes a point before your wedding when you realise you actually have no idea what everything will really look like in the end. When we had returned from taking photos, we walked in to our reception venue not knowing what to expect. We were simply blown away. It was so unbelievably beautiful, and classic and breathtaking. Mercedes, you are a talent and if I only made one right decision with regards to my wedding, I know It was choosing you to make our dream day a reality. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Vanessa is excellent at wedding planning as well as being a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend her without hesitation. Having Vanessa as our planner meant that we were able plan our wedding in less than seven months and I can honestly say that I enjoyed it all. The whole thing, from choosing a venue to designing a menu, to table plans, the band, the cake, and the day itself. I’m only sorry it’s all over. I can safely say it would have been a very different experience without Vanessa. She dealt with the unexpected effortlessly and allowed my husband and me to relax and take it all in. I met Vanessa a few years ago at a wedding. I noticed how lovely and smooth the day went so decided to follow her business page on Instagram Years later I got engaged and I knew immediately I wanted to use Harness & Co to help me plan our dream day. From our first meeting with Vanessa I knew we'd be in good hands. She has unbelievable knowledge of the Wedding industry and knows all the best suppliers. She teamed us up with people she just knew we would love and would work well within our theme. Vanessa was always there with me every step of the way. We asked her to plan our day and also manage the actual wedding day. Her planning is so precise and incredible. She works so hard to make sure her couples have the best most stress free day. Our wedding took around 9 months to plan and I don't think I could of done it with her. She was my planner but is also now a friend. We had such a laugh, she helped chill me out, made amazing suggestions within our theme and also made sure absolutely everything was perfect All our guests said that they have never been to such a we'll planned and seamless wedding. It has been nothing but AMAZING to work with Vanessa and Dom! From the very beginning it became clear that they were not only doing this because it’s their job but because they genuinely cared about me and Emily (my wife). We didn’t have to worry about one thing, through the whole process we were able to just enjoy our time being engaged as Vanessa took every task into her own hands allowing us to truly cherish our moment in ease knowing, that everything that we wanted was being manifested. Working with Vanessa is a JOY. The first time we worked together a few years back was a revelation, what Vanessa doesn't know about planning, especially for an outdoor wedding, isn't worth knowing. If you are having an at home or outdoor wedding, you NEED her. Having photographed weddings for over ten years now, we always see the utmost professionalism and levels of skill that they have, and always go above and beyond for their clients. From a supplier point of view, Vanessa's planning documents are actually sexy they are so on point, so working alongside them is a breeze. Our work together has been from countryside tipis to Aynhoe Park and so many venues in between, and hopefully here's to many more. Just get them booked in now!

My wedding was on 9th June in Santorini and I used Red knot wedding, from first day to the end , I received an excellent service from them, Mary has planned my wedding , I didn't need a wedding diary , because she had everything under control and I was stress- free, also she got back to me promptly, Even she had a busy schedule, I never heard , that she is too busy for me. Nadine and Artemis were with me on the wedding day and I cant thank them enough, so warm and lovely and very professional, Nothing was too much trouble. Mary is absolutely amazing to work with! She was the first vendor we booked in the wedding process. She made planning a wedding abroad seamless from proposing vendors for each aspect of the wedding to helping us create our vision! She was very responsive and quick to adapt to any changes we made as well. The wedding day came out perfect and ran very smoothly. At relatively short notice Henry Bonas Ltd organised a fabulous 21st birthday party for my son at a central London venue. Gee organised it with great calm and care. Her experience with all the planning was invaluable and her presence with her colleague on the night meant the whole evening went extremely smoothly. Whilst expensive the final bill did reflect the cost estimates originally mentioned. Everybody enjoyed an evening to remember in a special venue. Having Gee there meant as hosts we didn’t have to worry about logistics at all, instead we could just enjoy the evening. I would highly recommend Henry Bonas!

Outstanding all round. Nobody does it better. Henry, Chloe and the whole team make such an effort to make sure everything is perfect. Their pre-planning is excellent, thoughtful and detailed. They work with a network of high quality suppliers. The whole HB team is deep, expert and incredibly eager to help. But it's their effort on the day that is off the scale. Chloe was ever-present and Henry was the last person to leave our wedding reception, which was described by our guests as somewhere between "amazing" and "the best wedding ever". I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone organizing a big party, wedding or similar.

Henry was helped with a number of events from a Christening to a dinner for 40 people. He never needs reminding of anything and can organise the whole event or simply provide staff. He is a delight to deal with and completely reassuring so that you can really enjoy your own event. He is the only person I would turn to when needing a party planned as I know he would remove stress and add a certain something to make it an event to remember.

Bianca was recommended as the ‘go to girl’ to organise my daughter’s 21st birthday and I couldn’t be happier. Initially I was quite worried as it was a small gathering but Bianca gave as much effort and dedication as if were a large event. All it took was one phone to Sanj from crystal events and designs, explaining how I needed a balloon delivering to my dad last minute for his birthday. Sanj sorted the printing, placing the money inside, designing the final touches with feathers and tassels at his own initiative. The final result was speechless was so much thought put in, designed AND delivered all in one hour. Absolutely recommend their services, always professional, exceeding customer expectations and most important to me reliable and honest service. A huge thank you to Zeleka and the team for all their help with our wedding day. From our first phone call Zeleka was kind, helpful, professional and informative and I knew we were in good hands. I toed and froed for a while about the need for wedding day coordination from a budget perspective and given we had a good venue booked, but it was honestly the best money we spent in the end and I'm so glad we went for TWC- I can’t imagine now how it would have gone without them and I would recommend to all who are a bit type A (!) and want to feel all eventualities are accounted for. The stress she alleviated in the lead up to the wedding by liasing with all suppliers was absolutely invaluable. As soon as I saw emails going through to our vendors one by one, a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders and I could focus on looking forward to my big day. And then the day came! I had wanted no stress on the day for me or my close ones, and whilst a bit of this was inevitable, Zeleka really left me largely worry free. She came with a fantastic team (also looking fabulous might I add!) and I didn't even know what was going on in the background for the course of the day- they were that smooth! Zeleka and her team were exceptional. In the lead up to the day, we had regular check ins and an open WhatsApp chat to voice any questions or concerns. The day itself couldn’t have gone as well without Zeleka, Sophia and Grace. They were professional, treated our guests with care and made sure that everyone was informed about what was going on. I’m a Project Manager in my day to day and so I truly didn’t think I would be able to fully relax on the wedding day but I was definitely able to and had the most perfect day. We hired Camilla to be an ‘on the day co-ordinator’ for our wedding - I needed a right hand woman who I could trust to hand over the reigns and make sure all my planning and preparation came to life the way I imagined. Camilla was there for me throughout the whole wedding process to bounce ideas off, but most importantly, she gave me the confidence to relax on my wedding day (I’m a control freak!) - she was a pleasure to be around, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure any hiccups were dealt with. I don’t think we can put into words how much Camilla has done for us! She gave us the best wedding ever - we are over the moon. She thought of absolutely everything, her for detail is outstanding, she has incredible taste and vision. Our wedding was perfect, she made it hassle free and knew exactly when to bother us with details and when to take charge. Of particular note is the presentation for cutting the cake, she transformed the area into a dream-like sequence with floating candles, an arch and a neon sign with our new surname. She had a vision and executed it brilliantly - this was all her and was the most beautiful thing to behold! Additionally, Camilla and her assistants are so lovely - we think of Camilla as a lifelong friend after only knowing her through the last 9 months as our planner extraordinaire. Camilla’s greatest strength is that she cares so much and you can really feel it. She made the whole experience (which was very daunting for two people who are not remotely organised) amazing! Her military precision planning meant everything came off seamlessly. We are delighted and the photos show her excellence! We cannot recommend her enough!

Camilla planned our wedding from A to Z and it was literally our dream wedding. Her professionalism, dedication, attention to details and hard work are remarkable. She poured her heart into organizing the perfect wedding for us. It felt to me as if she was organizing her own considering the amount of efforts she put into ensuring that everything would be perfect and going the extra mile. On D Day, there was a storm just before the ceremony, everything had to be moved inside suddenly. I was extremely disappointed. But seeing that the meteo cleared out, Camilla went above and beyond and with the help of the hotel staff, arranged for everything to be moved back outside quickly. I was amazing! Throughout the process, Camilla and her assistant Giulia were a calming force. Because of them we were extremely relaxed on wedding day as we knew we were fully taken care of. Do yourself a favor and organize your wedding with Camilla!

Camilla is such a lovely human being and is a star wedding planner! I am SO glad that we decided to get her help with planning the rest of our wedding and coordinating on the day. She had amazing suggestions for additional elements and had great supplier contacts. I'm so glad she arranged for us to have an extra walkthrough at the venue to help visualise everything we would want on the day. She also suggested that my husband walk down the aisle with his mum which was such a beautiful addition to our ceremony. In the weeks leading up to the big day, she had everything completely under control and I felt like I could just focus on the task of getting married and basking in the glow of the day. She is super responsive over WhatsApp, ready to answer any question I threw her way. My only regret is that we didn’t bring Camilla on earlier in the planning process to get her steer on more things!
