There will never be enough words to describe how truly thankful we are for Alice and the team and all that they did for us when planning our wedding. Alice always went above and beyond, catching flights with me to scout out wedding venues in Mallorca, Lake Como and Rome to constantly being on hand for any query or question I had, forever acting as the calming force to put my mind at ease and assure me that everything would be ok. And wow, it was certainly more than ok! I have never experienced anything like it in my life! There’s something truly magical when your vision and your wedding planners style align and mine and Alice’s certainly did that. She created the most perfect wedding day that I will never be able to thank her enough for. It’s been a huge journey to get to the wedding day and planning a destination wedding is no small feat, negotiating with suppliers and the venue in Italy as well as organising UK based suppliers to fly over to Rome, it’s been a lot of work and a lot of back and forth to ensure the perfect day, but from start to finish everything flowed so effortlessly and what Alice and the team created was something out of a fairytale and absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. Not to mention Alice and the team pulled the wedding together in 8 short months which is a credit to her organisational skills in itself. Every detail was considered and perfectly executed and her energy throughout the entire wedding planning process was faultless. Sometimes in life you just click with people and right from our very first meeting I knew we would hit it off, countless texts, a lot of video calls and a lot of delays in airports and it’s safe to say now that the wedding is over, I have a very big Alice shaped hole in my life. Alice and the team, thank you for creating, organising and executing a wedding that exceeded our dreams and that was perfect in every way. Your knowledge and experience working within the wedding industry is second to none and your design skills are truly out of this world. There are not enough words to describe how incredible the Alice Wilkes Design team are. From creating our vision to bringing it to life, every detail was so thoughtfully considered throughout. After discussing what we were looking for in a venue Alice completely understood what we wanted so much so that the incredible venue of Kin House was the only venue we saw. It was perfect! On the day the Alice Wilkes Design team were an absolute delight to be surrounded by as they made our dream day happen.The logistics of our day was something we did not have worry about for a second and meant we could instead fully immerse ourselves in every moment of our special day, which is so important as it really does go so fast! Alice and her team radiated the most calming energy as they took care of all the details. From making sure suppliers were taken care of from the minute they came on-site to even helping me with special moments such as putting my wedding dress on (a moment I will never forget!). Daniel and team have been helping us plan our wedding. He has been fantastic at navigating such a complex project, incredibly attentive and made us feel totally at ease. The Bespoke team have relationships with many great venues and vendors and always gave us several, well tailored options for each aspect of our wedding. Their knowledge and experience have been invaluable. Overall, they offer a terrific service, and the final product speaks for itself!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Charlotte and Daniel from Bespoke Events London. Charlotte took the time to understand our vision and offered her expert ideas to help finalize the decor for our event. Joanna is really professional and from the moment we started to discuss our plans with her we knew we were in good hands. Joanna did an incredible job as our florist for our September wedding at The Depot. I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted, but Joanna walked me through all the options and gave great advice on what would work best. She made me feel completely confident, and she truly delivered—the flowers and decor were absolutely stunning! Jo and team arranged the flowers for our wedding. They decorated the ceremony and reception venues and made my bridal bouquet, bridesmaid posy’s and the groomsmen buttonholes. They were all beautiful arrangements with flowers chosen just as I requested, even better. Jo understood my vision for the tables at the reception and it all looked beautiful! We had so many comments on how lovely the flowers were, really in keeping with the style and vibe we aimed for! I would highly recommend!!

First event 29/01/2023: Suna styled a balloon arch and backdrop for our baby’s first birthday on the 29th Jan and did an absolutely amazing job on the setup! It was so easy to discuss ideas and Suna did such a wonderful job bringing the vision to life. Everyone commented on how beautiful the setup was and I agree 100%. Will definitely be recommending to all friends and family and using again in the future. Second event: 27/01/2024: Suna has done it again! We recently celebrated my son’s christening on 27th January and the first person I thought of was Suna! Once again Suna created a beautiful backdrop with balloons for our event. Communication is always so easy and Suna checks everything beforehand to make sure her clients are happy. Suna is such a friendly person to work with. I showed her some pictures of what I had in mind and she created it exactly how I imagined. I couldn’t recommend Suna enough and I’m already planning for my son’s first birthday later this year :) Thank you again Suna, you are amazing! x Third event: 12/10/2024: This event was for my son’s first birthday and there was no doubt in my mind about who I was going to contact for a personalised backdrop with balloons. As always communication was so easy from booking to discussing ideas. I always trust Suna to bring the vision to life at our special events. Suna gave us a beautiful set up once again for our son’s birthday party and I cannot thank her enough for being such a special part of our family events. I had a great experience with Shimmer party planners who decorated a beautiful stage, which everyone complimented for my daughters 2nd birthday party. I got to choose the balloon colours I wanted with the help and advice of Suna. I would highly recommend her services and we will definitely be using Shimmer party planners for future events.
