Camilla is such a lovely human being and is a star wedding planner! I am SO glad that we decided to get her help with planning the rest of our wedding and coordinating on the day. She had amazing suggestions for additional elements and had great supplier contacts. I'm so glad she arranged for us to have an extra walkthrough at the venue to help visualise everything we would want on the day. She also suggested that my husband walk down the aisle with his mum which was such a beautiful addition to our ceremony. In the weeks leading up to the big day, she had everything completely under control and I felt like I could just focus on the task of getting married and basking in the glow of the day. She is super responsive over WhatsApp, ready to answer any question I threw her way. My only regret is that we didn’t bring Camilla on earlier in the planning process to get her steer on more things!

I don’t think we can put into words how much Camilla has done for us! She gave us the best wedding ever - we are over the moon. She thought of absolutely everything, her for detail is outstanding, she has incredible taste and vision. Our wedding was perfect, she made it hassle free and knew exactly when to bother us with details and when to take charge. Of particular note is the presentation for cutting the cake, she transformed the area into a dream-like sequence with floating candles, an arch and a neon sign with our new surname. She had a vision and executed it brilliantly - this was all her and was the most beautiful thing to behold! Additionally, Camilla and her assistants are so lovely - we think of Camilla as a lifelong friend after only knowing her through the last 9 months as our planner extraordinaire. Camilla’s greatest strength is that she cares so much and you can really feel it. She made the whole experience (which was very daunting for two people who are not remotely organised) amazing! Her military precision planning meant everything came off seamlessly. We are delighted and the photos show her excellence! We cannot recommend her enough!

We hired Camilla to be an ‘on the day co-ordinator’ for our wedding - I needed a right hand woman who I could trust to hand over the reigns and make sure all my planning and preparation came to life the way I imagined. Camilla was there for me throughout the whole wedding process to bounce ideas off, but most importantly, she gave me the confidence to relax on my wedding day (I’m a control freak!) - she was a pleasure to be around, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure any hiccups were dealt with. Working with Vanessa is a JOY. The first time we worked together a few years back was a revelation, what Vanessa doesn't know about planning, especially for an outdoor wedding, isn't worth knowing. If you are having an at home or outdoor wedding, you NEED her. Having photographed weddings for over ten years now, we always see the utmost professionalism and levels of skill that they have, and always go above and beyond for their clients. I met Vanessa a few years ago at a wedding. I noticed how lovely and smooth the day went so decided to follow her business page on Instagram Years later I got engaged and I knew immediately I wanted to use Harness & Co to help me plan our dream day. From our first meeting with Vanessa I knew we'd be in good hands. She has unbelievable knowledge of the Wedding industry and knows all the best suppliers. She teamed us up with people she just knew we would love and would work well within our theme. Vanessa was always there with me every step of the way. We asked her to plan our day and also manage the actual wedding day. Her planning is so precise and incredible. She works so hard to make sure her couples have the best most stress free day. Our wedding took around 9 months to plan and I don't think I could of done it with her. She was my planner but is also now a friend. We had such a laugh, she helped chill me out, made amazing suggestions within our theme and also made sure absolutely everything was perfect All our guests said that they have never been to such a we'll planned and seamless wedding. Vanessa is excellent at wedding planning as well as being a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend her without hesitation. Having Vanessa as our planner meant that we were able plan our wedding in less than seven months and I can honestly say that I enjoyed it all. The whole thing, from choosing a venue to designing a menu, to table plans, the band, the cake, and the day itself. I’m only sorry it’s all over. It has been nothing but AMAZING to work with Vanessa and Dom! From the very beginning it became clear that they were not only doing this because it’s their job but because they genuinely cared about me and Emily (my wife). My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. Dita made the wedding so much less stressful and she was completely supporting of our quirky ideas and helped us bring them to life. Something that we didnt experience speaking to other wedding experts. Dita's help and knowledge was invaluable and the staff she brought for the event were also so so lovely. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! Sarah and Jo at Everafter are absolutely incredible! We were fortunate enough that they did the full decor for our special day and wow did they exceed anything that we had imagined for the day! From the start of the process they were so friendly and warm to work with- providing advice and understanding exactly what we were hoping for on the day. They made the experience fun and personal and we loved every minute working with them! They very much so helped design the day which was a relief as we had limited knowledge on flowers and finishing touches for a wedding. On the day, they really went above and beyond- Adding all of our personal touches and hand delivering our flowers to make sure we felt extra special. Sarah and Jo made our dream wedding a reality! I’m so sorry it’s taken me 6+ weeks to write this, I’ve been trying to find the words to do you both justice. You were beyond incredible and there are honestly not the words to thank you for making our wedding the most beautiful day I could ever have imagined. Since Day 1 I knew I was in safe hands with Ever After - the consultation form covered every aspect of the wedding that I wanted help with. It was really easy to complete and I loved that I could share Pinterest / Instagram links to show what kind of things I was thinking about. When I got the initial quote back I was absolutely beaming, every single item listed was exactly in line with my vision and full of helpful suggestions / ideas to help make it a reality. I instantly felt so confident that I’d found the perfect florist and stylist who understood what I was after and knew how to make it happen. I absolutely loved meeting with Sarah and Jo to talk through our plans - seeing their incredible barn filled to the brim with the most beautiful decor and accessories, I was in heaven! They were both so warm, kind and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable with every aspect - talking through each element and making sure I knew what my options were and sharing their ideas or listening to my ideas. I made a LOT of changes and asked a million questions throughout the process but each step of the way Sarah was so incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, no question was too stupid and no idea was shot down. It was such a collaborative process and I enjoyed it the most out of every part of wedding planning, I love this kind of thing anyway but Sarah’s emails always made me smile - from checking in on how we were doing to sharing new links of exciting ideas. I always looked forward to them! When it came to the wedding day I cannot express how beyond perfect Sarah and Jo were. They checked every detail ahead of time to make sure there would be no stress on the day and they had all the info they needed to hit the ground running with set up. When I saw them as they delivered my bridal party’s bouquets they were the loveliest, friendliest faces and such a positive reassurance helping to settle my nerves. I nearly cried when I saw the bouquets themselves, they were more beautiful than I can ever have imagined and so perfectly my vibe. Our wedding ceremony was beyond stunning, the girls really helped me find the perfect balance with making an impact for the room and how much we could spend. As I walked down the aisle I knew we had made the best choice going with Ever After - my perfect ceremony set up was ahead of me and it looked so beautiful. The turnaround was insanely smooth and quick and when we came in for our first look of the wedding breakfast I burst into tears. Seeing the table set up was the big moment I’d been waiting for, having drooled over so many Pinterest and Instagram photos for months! Sarah and Jo had delivered the wedding breakfast of my dreams and I could not believe how perfect it was. Every single detail we’d discussed was spot on and seeing it all together absolutely blew me away. The photos speak for themselves, it was BEAUTIFUL. Throughout the day I kept coming across Sarah and Jo’s impeccable styling, florals and beautiful stationary and every time I was so touched at how perfect it was and how incredible the attention to detail was. From our welcome sign and guestbook table, the buttonholes, the memory display (a tribute to our loved ones who aren’t here to join us), the cupcake stand decorations and even the neatly stacked retro crisp baskets. It was all absolutely perfect and, as a perfectionist with a strong vision, I do not say that lightly! I have recommended Sarah and Jo to absolutely everyone and will do for the rest of my days. I cannot thank Sarah and Jo enough for styling our wedding. They did the full decor- florals including bouquets, buttonholes, stationery, and all of the styling. What they produced really exceeded expectations. They took my vision for a sunset coloured themed wedding and turned into magic. From the moment Sarah emailed me back after my initial enquiry I knew we'd be in good hands. When we met during the planning process and they were nothing but kind and supportive and such good fun to chat to. They were also very responsive throughout answering any questions I had. And on the day, I wasn't even privy to set up- they handled everything seamlessly, and even hand delivered our flowers- my bouquet bought tears to my eyes- still cannot get over how beautiful it was. We cannot say enough good things about Rebecca, not only is she an absolutely fantastic wedding planner, she is a delight to be around! Little did Rebecca know when she took us on in 2019 she would end up planning three weddings for us (!), first the one that didn't happen due to COVID, then a small intimate wedding with a couple of friends during the pandemic, and finally a big celebration this year. Every detail was beautiful, she is so creative, organised, warm and professional. Nothing was too much trouble - she coordinated the most beautiful flowers and venue as well as creative extras like gift bags and a creche for children, coffee and mimosa bars - even luggage tag favours / place-cards. Sadly some beloved family could not make it at the last minute, and she helped me sort a projector for a speech recording which was so special. Above all, on the day she made everything run so smoothly that we could just relax and have a great time. It says quite a lot that when we gave thanks to our family and guests, we gave a shout out to Rebecca and everyone cheered despite them having only met her that day! All it took was one phone to Sanj from crystal events and designs, explaining how I needed a balloon delivering to my dad last minute for his birthday. Sanj sorted the printing, placing the money inside, designing the final touches with feathers and tassels at his own initiative. The final result was speechless was so much thought put in, designed AND delivered all in one hour. Jo and team arranged the flowers for our wedding. They decorated the ceremony and reception venues and made my bridal bouquet, bridesmaid posy’s and the groomsmen buttonholes. After discussing what we were looking for in a venue Alice completely understood what we wanted so much so that the incredible venue of Kin House was the only venue we saw. It was perfect! On the day the Alice Wilkes Design team were an absolute delight to be surrounded by as they made our dream day happen.The logistics of our day was something we did not have worry about for a second and meant we could instead fully immerse ourselves in every moment of our special day, which is so important as it really does go so fast! Alice and her team radiated the most calming energy as they took care of all the details. There will never be enough words to describe how truly thankful we are for Alice and the team and all that they did for us when planning our wedding. Alice always went above and beyond, catching flights with me to scout out wedding venues in Mallorca, Lake Como and Rome to constantly being on hand for any query or question I had, forever acting as the calming force to put my mind at ease and assure me that everything would be ok. And wow, it was certainly more than ok! I have never experienced anything like it in my life! There’s something truly magical when your vision and your wedding planners style align and mine and Alice’s certainly did that. She created the most perfect wedding day that I will never be able to thank her enough for. It’s been a huge journey to get to the wedding day and planning a destination wedding is no small feat, negotiating with suppliers and the venue in Italy as well as organising UK based suppliers to fly over to Rome, it’s been a lot of work and a lot of back and forth to ensure the perfect day, but from start to finish everything flowed so effortlessly and what Alice and the team created was something out of a fairytale and absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. Not to mention Alice and the team pulled the wedding together in 8 short months which is a credit to her organisational skills in itself. Every detail was considered and perfectly executed and her energy throughout the entire wedding planning process was faultless. Sometimes in life you just click with people and right from our very first meeting I knew we would hit it off, countless texts, a lot of video calls and a lot of delays in airports and it’s safe to say now that the wedding is over, I have a very big Alice shaped hole in my life. Alice and the team, thank you for creating, organising and executing a wedding that exceeded our dreams and that was perfect in every way. Your knowledge and experience working within the wedding industry is second to none and your design skills are truly out of this world.
