Henry was helped with a number of events from a Christening to a dinner for 40 people. He never needs reminding of anything and can organise the whole event or simply provide staff. He is a delight to deal with and completely reassuring so that you can really enjoy your own event. He is the only person I would turn to when needing a party planned as I know he would remove stress and add a certain something to make it an event to remember.

Outstanding all round. Nobody does it better. Henry, Chloe and the whole team make such an effort to make sure everything is perfect. Their pre-planning is excellent, thoughtful and detailed. They work with a network of high quality suppliers. The whole HB team is deep, expert and incredibly eager to help. But it's their effort on the day that is off the scale. Chloe was ever-present and Henry was the last person to leave our wedding reception, which was described by our guests as somewhere between "amazing" and "the best wedding ever". I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone organizing a big party, wedding or similar.

At relatively short notice Henry Bonas Ltd organised a fabulous 21st birthday party for my son at a central London venue. Gee organised it with great calm and care. Her experience with all the planning was invaluable and her presence with her colleague on the night meant the whole evening went extremely smoothly. Whilst expensive the final bill did reflect the cost estimates originally mentioned. Everybody enjoyed an evening to remember in a special venue. Having Gee there meant as hosts we didn’t have to worry about logistics at all, instead we could just enjoy the evening. I would highly recommend Henry Bonas!

My wife and I hired Roberta to plan our elaborate, destination Indian wedding in Lake Como, Italy. From start to finish, Roberta was hyper-communicative, friendly, and engaging. She dealt with both our requests and our demands with ease and delivered a beautiful, elegant, highly bespoke big budget wedding for us. One of the areas of focus for us was our guest experience and she made sure no page went unturned for our guests. My partner and I used Federica and her team at Your Secret Tuscany to plan our wedding in Italy, with absolutely outstanding results. We brought 100 people from the US to Italy for our wedding, and Federica assisted us every step of them way, from selecting a location, coming up with a vision, and executing a plan. It made for the perfect day. Planning a wedding is tough, and planing a wedding abroad is tougher. I was grateful to have Federica as an advocate who could guide us in making the large decisions (like the venue) and the small ones (like how to keep the napkins from getting blown away during the reception from gusts of wind). I decided to propose to my girlfriend while we were in Florence and luckily came across Federica. It’s still hard to put into words how special she made our day for us. My (newly wed) wife and I asked Carolina to help with our wedding earlier this year in Bologna. Carolina was nothing short of superb - from start to finish - navigating a wedding in Italy without Carolina would have been problematic to say the least; she was able to help us navigate the red tape, legalities and add her very personal touch to every aspect of our special day. We'd initially planned on marrying in 2021 but choose to defer by a year, Carolina quickly communicated this to all suppliers and within a week, we'd secured our venue/suppliers without any headache - this alone was enough to cement the wise decision in working with Carolina. If you're looking to get married in Italy, do not hesitate to contact Carolina. Carolina is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of Italian weddings. Carolina managed every aspect of our wedding other than what we wore; that being said, is also incredibly light-touch too - when we asked for time to think things through she understood and stepped back, conversely when we couldn't decide and asked her to make a decision for us, she was resolute in doing so. I say without hesitation that Carolina was key in helping us create memories that will last forever.

When my partner and I decided to have our dream wedding in Bologna, Italy we begun by trying to find out the type of ceremony we could have as Church of England Christians (Christened but not religious) As Italy is run by the Catholic Church this was harder than we thought. We then tried to find a venue we could be married at, again not so easy, we could only legally marry in Bologna’s beautiful Town-hall or a venue in another town by the Major. After much research we felt we needed some help and guidance. We spoke with five wedding planners in total, Carolina was the last and only choice for us. She explained all the legalities so clearly and had a wonderful range of venues to choose (legal and symbolic) Her percentage fee worked for us and her services were worth every penny. Most importantly, we simply wouldn’t have had the wedding of our dreams without her. Carolina had advised us to visit Bologna before we picked a venue. Stupidly we didn’t and paid a deposit for a beautiful venue we had seen in photos. When on a rainy day in November we finally visited the venue we didn’t feel it was where we had imagined the wedding. On a Saturday morning I messaged Carolina with my concerns and within two hours she had organised for us to visit another venue the following day!! This was incredibly stressful day but Carolina sorted it out efficiently and calmly which is exactly what you need when planning a wedding! Venue of dreams sorted, she then gave us three quotation for catering, this was an easy choice because all the menus sounded delicious. We went with the mid range costing menu, since the wedding the food and venue are the highlights with our guests constantly going on about how the food was so delicious! Carolina works with a spectacular florist, again good value and most importantly we were delighted with the flower arrangements especially my bouquet. Like the catering we were given three quotations for the photographer. All similar prices so it was a case of picking our favourite style. Really happy with the outcome, they captured the day beautifully. A couple of months before the wedding we decided to get a videographer and again Carolina sorted this our immaculately. We had some special requests: Parmesan wheel, craft beers, extra material to decorate marquee, lighting, dance floor and an opera singer that Carolina arranged wonderfully. On the day Carolina was there to orchestrate all the moving parts which meant my husband and I could enjoy the day without any worries. The only glitch we had was the very lengthy speeches (not in Carolina's control) which could of ruined the food but somehow this was completely unaffected by her amazing organisational skills. Only negative which is also a positive we wished the wedding could have been longer as everyone was having such a fabulous time. Best wedding EVER and we couldn’t have done it with Carolina, she is a super star wedding planner!!!

My partner and I decided to get married in Tuscany as we had dreams of a fairytale wedding in the Tuscan countryside. Carolina made this dream a reality for us and worked tirelessly to ensure our wedding went ahead without any issues. From day one, Carolina won us over as our wedding planner of choice as she listened to our desires with meticulous levels of detail and really understood our vision for our special day. The entire process of planning a destination wedding during Covid was a breeze, with Carolina's exceptional organisational skills keeping us on track with key milestones. Getting married during a global pandemic was never going to be straightforward but Carolina navigated us through the highs and lows (including rearranging the date of our wedding at the last minute to cater for quarantine requirements) and the day went ahead without any hiccups. Our wedding day was more beautiful than I could imagine. Carolina really focuses on the finer details (which you can see in the pictures) and everything from table settings, flowers through to the choice of caterers and organising everyone was perfect. I don’t think we can put into words how much Camilla has done for us! She gave us the best wedding ever - we are over the moon. She thought of absolutely everything, her for detail is outstanding, she has incredible taste and vision. Our wedding was perfect, she made it hassle free and knew exactly when to bother us with details and when to take charge. Of particular note is the presentation for cutting the cake, she transformed the area into a dream-like sequence with floating candles, an arch and a neon sign with our new surname. She had a vision and executed it brilliantly - this was all her and was the most beautiful thing to behold! Additionally, Camilla and her assistants are so lovely - we think of Camilla as a lifelong friend after only knowing her through the last 9 months as our planner extraordinaire. Camilla’s greatest strength is that she cares so much and you can really feel it. She made the whole experience (which was very daunting for two people who are not remotely organised) amazing! Her military precision planning meant everything came off seamlessly. We are delighted and the photos show her excellence! We cannot recommend her enough!

Camilla is such a lovely human being and is a star wedding planner! I am SO glad that we decided to get her help with planning the rest of our wedding and coordinating on the day. She had amazing suggestions for additional elements and had great supplier contacts. I'm so glad she arranged for us to have an extra walkthrough at the venue to help visualise everything we would want on the day. She also suggested that my husband walk down the aisle with his mum which was such a beautiful addition to our ceremony. Camilla planned our wedding from A to Z and it was literally our dream wedding. Her professionalism, dedication, attention to details and hard work are remarkable. She poured her heart into organizing the perfect wedding for us. It felt to me as if she was organizing her own considering the amount of efforts she put into ensuring that everything would be perfect and going the extra mile. On D Day, there was a storm just before the ceremony, everything had to be moved inside suddenly. I was extremely disappointed. But seeing that the meteo cleared out, Camilla went above and beyond and with the help of the hotel staff, arranged for everything to be moved back outside quickly. I was amazing! Throughout the process, Camilla and her assistant Giulia were a calming force. Because of them we were extremely relaxed on wedding day as we knew we were fully taken care of. Do yourself a favor and organize your wedding with Camilla!

There are not enough words to describe how incredible the Alice Wilkes Design team are. From creating our vision to bringing it to life, every detail was so thoughtfully considered throughout. After discussing what we were looking for in a venue Alice completely understood what we wanted so much so that the incredible venue of Kin House was the only venue we saw. It was perfect! On the day the Alice Wilkes Design team were an absolute delight to be surrounded by as they made our dream day happen.The logistics of our day was something we did not have worry about for a second and meant we could instead fully immerse ourselves in every moment of our special day, which is so important as it really does go so fast! Alice and her team radiated the most calming energy as they took care of all the details. From making sure suppliers were taken care of from the minute they came on-site to even helping me with special moments such as putting my wedding dress on (a moment I will never forget!). There will never be enough words to describe how truly thankful we are for Alice and the team and all that they did for us when planning our wedding. Alice always went above and beyond, catching flights with me to scout out wedding venues in Mallorca, Lake Como and Rome to constantly being on hand for any query or question I had, forever acting as the calming force to put my mind at ease and assure me that everything would be ok. I am one of those girls that loves weddings and had been thinking about and talking about my own wedding since I was little. I was so excited to be a bride, and I am SO SO SO happy I hired Alice. Planning our wedding was actually so much fun. It was a time in my life I wanted to enjoy and remember forever, and Alice made that possible and everything perfect. Alice and her team, including my favorite Dream Girl Yana were so incredibly incredibly hard working. I live in California, our wedding was at The Plaza Hotel in New York City, and Alice Wilkes Design is based in London, and I swear we were always gossiping. I really was so impressed by how available the team was and how seamless planning an event across the ocean felt. I know there were a lot of things going on behind the scenes, and as the bride, because of Alice and Yana I never really felt the stress. Their personalities were incredibly calm, professional and playful. I had a sense the whole time that they really had everything under control and in line. I am a very creative person and wanted our wedding weekend to really have a moody vibe, and I was so drawn to Alice’s creativity and attention to detail! I feel like her weddings are always dreamy and give you something unexpected. Our wedding had swans everywhere! Swans at the Plaza. Alice and her team also planned a backyard garden pool party in Greenwich Connecticut that all the Garden Club ladies said felt like a Slim Aarons Photograph. Looking back on my wedding weekend now. It was beyond my wildest dreams. I knew it was going to be fabulous, but it was so much more. The execution was perfect and flawless, it was filled with love and warmth and perfect lighting. It was truly glamorous, elegant, chic, creative, and stylish. Everyone had a fabulous time, and couldn’t have had more great things to say about Alice and the wedding. Love you Alice and Yana.
